After just not having any luck with pizza places in Kissimmee, we happen to find this diamond in the ruff!! We ordered online and the pizza and breadsticks were ready in 25 mins. When the pizza was ready we were provided with paper plates, packs of red peppers and parmesan. Very clean small seating area, 6 tables that aren't heavy duty. Will be recommending and returning very soon!

This restaurant caters to masses. Period. The only redeeming thing about is the pizza and the friendly, but way over worked, servers. The restaurant itself is extremely loud and noisy and feels like you are eating in a college mess hall. There is nothing relaxing about it. If you're looking to have a nice calming respite from the park, this isn't the place. Now, back to the food. As I said, the pizza is very good. The crust is thin, yet chewy (which I like). Outside of that, everything else we ordered was just meh. The chicken parmigiana was a joke. It was completely devoid of mozzarella cheese, for the most part - Disney budget cuts, I presume. There are better restaurants at Epcot than Via Napoli.

This restaurant used to be so delicious! I feel like it's changed since the pandemic. So, I gave three stars just because the pizza is delicious. It's thin and of the style of Naples. The other food items are very lackluster and not of good quality. Each time I order a pasta dish, I regret it. The chicken parm is HUGE and the chicken tastes very rubbery. There's a small amount of pasta for your side but the chicken is horrendous. The service is always mediocre and you can never find someone when you need them. The kids menu is for 9 and under so if you have a child that even looks older, they may say something. We got overcharged and didn't have the time to sit there to wait and find our server again. So, she got a 40% tip on top of it because my sister didn't realize they added gratuity already. We don't even know the itemization of what was on the bill because she just brought the machine for the credit card over. I thought that was very sketchy for Disney. If I go back, it will be pizza only. Also, they have no real Parmesan for pasta! Just the shaker one, you know what's in that. Get the pizza and eat it hot! Desserts are decent and authentic. Restrooms are clean as well!

Seated pretty quickly considering we didn't have a reservation. The decor always makes me feel like I am in Italy. Our server was struggling. We ordered drinks. Then food the next time she came around. Focaccia came out first. It was good. Then the meals arrived and she still had not brought any drinks. I love the pizza here and I will always come back.

So this is inside the EPCOT theme park. That being said the staff was nice enough despite being very busy. We did the arancini and the white pizza. We were served our food remarkably quick and it was tasty. The price is a bit higher as expected for being inside a theme park. You certainly could do worse but since this sits back a little big from the main walkway around Epcot you might find it a great little escape if you are lucky enough to catch them when it's not super busy.

INCREDIBLE!!!! This is the second time my family and I have visited Via Napoli Ristorante E Pizzeria and both times have blown us away. Our wait was minimal even during the busyness in the peak of lunch, cast members are always very friendly/welcoming, and the quality and taste in the food has been consistent no matter what we try. The space is very nice and large and you can see the three brick ovens and pizza makers working their magic. My husband and I loved the meat lovers pizza -- 10/10!!!!

Came to Epcot for this year's Pokémon Go Fest. Epcot is the best place to play PoGo, because it's a giant circle, there's food everywhere, and there are periodic water fountains to keep yourself hydrated. And we knew we would want a special lunch somewhere we hadn't been before, so we made resies here and arrived promptly. The ambiance is something special. Something that I take for granted, since I live here, but I can only imagine the tourists as they gawk and gasp as they walk through the grandiose Italy pavilion with giant towers, that beautiful fountain, and the sheer scale of everything Italian around them. I've never been to Italy, but I assume it's a similar vibe. Our wonderful server even had an Italian name and accent. Great dude, very attentive, was very interested in my Pokémon. So we order a couple of things to share. We get the Tagliere (chef's selection of cured meats, cheeses, jam, olives, grapes, and grissini bread) and the Prosciutto e Melone Pizza - Large (white pizza - fontina, mozzarella, prosciutto, cantaloupe, arugula). I was very impressed with the tagliere. Spreads like this are usually pretty skimpy at other restaurants. But this was a very impressive amount of meats and cheeses. And it tasted like good quality stuff, way better than the packaged stuff from grocery stores. Just a really nice example of a meat and cheese board. As for the pizza, wow, that cantaloupe really surprised me with how good it was. A bright, charred fontina really paired well with the meaty fattiness of the prosciutto. And the bitter arugula played really well with that slight sweet cantaloupe. A really unique pie with the perfect crust. Not too little, not too much. Overall, this was a very good experience. The beautiful ambiance of the glass patio. The wonderful service. The delectable food. Just lovely. Will come back one day.

They do have decent food. Their pizza was tasty in terms of their dough flavor and how pizza was baked. But I'm not sure if the hype is justified as it's just a decent pizza, not a once in a lifetime pizza--if that makes sense. Goes without saying, sure whether you need to import water and all that jazz. The price is reasonable I guess in light of all the trouble Disney goes thru with this place

Due to an unfortunate Lightning Lane schedule, we arrived here with our toddler around thirty minutes before closing. The staff was incredibly gracious and offered to seat us anyways. We ordered quickly and received our food just as quickly. We split the chicken Parmesan and the tortellini, and both were incredible. The restaurant is large and beautiful. We made sure to eat rapidly and scoot out as they were closing, so we didn't get to enjoy the ambience, but maybe next time we're in Epcot.

Pros: Ambiance is so beautiful. Since it's so far in the Italy pavilion at Epcot, it's like you're sitting in a glass window patio in the middle of Italy. Very well themed. Service was classic Disney. Very attentive, very friendly, no issues whatsoever. The food was really good. This is the first Disney restaurant I've been to in a long time that actually surprised me with the portion sizes. That's a huge pro. And the taste was good, too. Quality stuff.Cons: No real cons. We rope dropped the restaurant, had the patio to ourselves at first, and they still sat us in the boiling sun. Lol.Tips: Get the Tagliere. It's a very fun, very delicious, actually filling charcuterie board. And also, the pizza with cantaloupe on it was amazingg.
