Velma's Diner

Wife & I had our 1st & many more visits today, typical diner atmosphere, clean & well presented; I had cheeseburger & fries hot, burger cooked to perfection, no hockey puck here. Wife had open face Turkey sandwich & yes real Turkey, delish. Hard working husband & wife owned establishment, off the beaten patch, pretty all local customers, us included. Great diner w/great food & service.

We stopped at Velma's this morning for a quick breakfast and stayed because of the great hospitality. Thank you!!!

I ordered the country steak with eggs and just a few hash browns. Best breakfast I've had in Saint Cloud! Velma and her husband have the best kept secret for breakfast or lunch. The interior is a basic diner, nothing fancy. The food and service are excellent.

Velma's is a quaint place tucked away adjacent to the AmVets post. Slightly hidden from tourist but just right for the locals. For a true diner experience Velma's is a great place. The food is decent and perfectly cooked. Pancakes were probably the best around for my toddler ate every bite. Over medium eggs yes please and made accurately.

A small little gem hidden in Saint Cloud. Service, food were outstanding. Price is right and portions were prefect. Was told everything was made from scratch. Got a chili dog to go and yes the chili was delicious. We will be returning. Highly recommend.

Food was excellent and waitress was very friends! Would definitely go back again. Awesome small town diner!

Biscuits and gravy are super grate old stile milk gravy no package here , crisp cornbeef hash , and scrambled eggs with sharp cheddar cheese and a sausage and cheese omelet everything was tasty

Little gem in St. Cloud. It's a very small diner, literally just about 6 tables. But the home feeling once you come in is undeniable. The food was decently priced and very small which I prefer when you're starving lol. Very basic and "comfort eating" style menu. The coffee was ON POINT ! Velma greeted us and she was so sweet and always at our service by offering refills or anything. So glad we decided to give it a try. Def recommend especially if you're a veteran !

Stopped on our way home from camping. This place has that homey feel to it. Friendly and quick service. Our breakfast was very good. Velma herself was our server. Love this place!

Great food , nice owners and friendly customers. I had the country fried steak breakfast and my wife had biscuits and gravy.
