Uncle Eddie’s BBQ

Super friendly owners serving up some bomb barbecue! Was lucky enough to have this truck roll into my area last night and decided to stop by and give them a try. So glad that I did! Brisket was super tender and had that perfect Smokey flavor to it. Ribs were falling off the bone and had the perfect amount of BBQ sauce on them. The sides were great as well. Super fresh and crunchy coleslaw (hate wimpy coleslaw) and Uber cheesy Mac and cheese. Potato salad was good as well. All combos come with a meat of your choice, 2 sides, and a can of soda. Not a bad deal. I really wanted to tryy their pork chop drizzled in balsamic reduction but they were sold out so it must be fantastic. Hoping to catch them again sometime so I can!
