Omg, where do I even start?!The place is really pretty inside and large, so wait times don't take that long. We maybe waited 15minutes? Service was quick, friendly, and very attentive which was awesome. Most of the experience is on a self serve basis that consists of buffet stations and revolving belt for additional conveniency. I enjoyed how each station had a purpose and a large amount of varieties to choose from, ranging from a meat station (beef, chicken, lamb, etc), a seafood station (crab, clams, squid, fish, etc) a sauce station, and a fruit/dessert station. Coming from a small town 7hrs away, this was an absolute treat that will definitely fill you up with deliciousness and memories! Is the price a little expensive? Yes, but for what you get and the amount of time they allow, regardless if it's 2 people or 6 people, it will absolutely be worth it.

First stop after we got off the airplane? Dinner here for my parents. They liked it so much that we came back 2 days later for dinner again. Mushroom broth was flavourful, but we really loved the tomato and tom yum. All the ingredients are fresh and loved that the veggies on the conveyor belt were in small portions so we didn't feel bad about leftovers. The pickled stuff at the sauce bar are all very good, and we're picky Asian eaters from LA. Fruit looked like it might not be tasty, but was surprisingly tasty. We'd definitely be back the next time we're in town.

I made a reservation since we didn't know what the wait was going to be like. It wasn't bad. There were a few patrons in the restaurant. But it wasn't overly crowded or anything. The lady at the front who greeted me was very friendly and had a big smile on her face. The location is set up with different "bars". To the right after you walk in is the "cooked" bar. Which had already cooked foods like shrimp, egg rolls, fried rice, chow mein noodles and other items. There was also a portion that had various fruits. Next to it was the sauce bar where you can make your own dipping sauces. There's a separate "bar" with all of the raw meats and raw seafood. A freezer with thin sliced beef, pork, chicken and lamb. The meat selection wasn't huge, just 1 of each animal. But it was good enough. Then at your table, you get the conveyor belt of vegetables and noodles. Just pick up what you want as it goes by. They also had a little robot that came by with our check at the end of the meal. We were offered a dessert of ice cream at the end of our meal. But we were so full, there was nowhere to put that! So we declined it. Over-all great experience. Would totally come back the next time I'm back in the Orlando area!

3.4 stars. My son wanted some hot pot, so we tried this place based on most of the good reviews. There are good options for seafood, from crawfish to oysters, blue crabs, and huge clams. There were four meat options: beef, chicken, pork, and lamb. The conveyor belt had dishes such as vegetables, mushrooms, noodles, dumplings, bean sprouts, bean curd, and other side dishes. I liked the the variety of ready to eat food as well, for snacks and appetizers. Our server was nice and came back to check on us a couple of times. However, since it was during Christmas week, it was rather busy, and we felt rushed while eating. There was only a 90 minute time limit for dining, and when it got close to 70-75 minutes, they started asking about ordering dessert. For our family of four, the bill was $113 before tipping. It's a good price for all you can eat.

Highlights:& Very busy, hard to get a seat for big parties& Pricey buffet style hot pot& Lots of meat options& Conveyor beltFood:There were so many meat options! If you want to go carnivore mode, this was a good option. It's nice the meats are thin so you can get more variety. For meats, i'd skip the chicken and focus on beef. I also can't resist fish ball though I also got a kick out of the oyster (though it kinda monopolizes your pot).As much as I like beef slices and meat in general, it's crazy that quickly I crave the veggies and the non-proteins on the conveyor belt. Daikon and pea leaves are the unexpected stars of my hot pot.For broth I went with the herbal. I thought it would be too bland, but I cooked so much stuff in it, there were plenty of flavors. It didn't matter. I also think it helped me eat more because the broth wasn't as salty. Seating:It's busy and it's tough to get a table. There are limited number of tables for parties more than four. On our side (by the bathrooms), there were only two tables for six. I could be wrong, but the other side probably had two more big tables. Service:The service is not exactly like other buffets, but it's also not full service. Still, the quality of service makes a difference otherwise you may be in dire need of a drink (you might have spicy sauce) or you need to clear out the endless dishes. Or maybe you need more broth. Fortunately our server was pretty good. She had a lot of tables to cover, she worked hard and we managed our expectations, though all things considered her service was great and that helped our overall experience be great. Ambiance:If you're wanting to have a deep conversation, this is not the place. First, you're going to be so preoccupied with the food -- getting more food from three different places (conveyor, meat buffet or sauce bar) and cooking your food. Second there's so much steam, you can barely see the people on the other side of the table. Okay slight exaggeration but it's enough to make it tough to have a conversation. Introverts, this might be the place for you.Parking:There were plenty of spots on a Saturday night dinner. Theres a free lot for the strip mall. Finding a spot isn't nearly as tough as getting a table.

Take me back! I've gone 3 times in 2 months.I was introduced by my best friend and I was so pleased.I go for the spicy broth and add a bunch of veggies and chicken EVERY TIME.I love seeing the revolving add-ons and enjoy trying new things. The servers are on point.I love the little robot that brings around the ice cream and the bill. One thing I'd say about this place is that they should probably look at the mold in the ceiling and get that taken care of. I'm no food safety inspector but it's quite gross to see the condition of the ceiling.

The worst hotpot I have ever had. The meat was all frozen and it sure tastes like it. Everything I had was mediocre, the options of veggies and everything else was just trash. What a disgrace to Chinese hotpot honestly. I don't understand how this place has this many high reviews. This just tells me many haven't had good hotpot.

U & Me is a revolving hot pot place which is nearby Disney World Resorts. On a recent trip in the area, my wife and I felt hungry enough for hot pot and felt it would have a better price/value ratio compared to the stuff inside the Disney properties. We did All You Can Eat, there was a time limit of 2 hours which I don't think we needed 2 hours. We went on a Saturday during the day and were able to get seated pretty quickly on a drop-in.They have personal bowls for choosing soup bases, I chose the Tomato. They have an area where you can grab meats and seafood and an area for mixing sauces. The revolving belt part is the veggies, starches (noodles, etc.), dumplings which come around constantly and there's probably people restocking the belt. We found their ingredients to be fresh, the soup bases to be tasty and the service to be pretty responsive to our needs. The place was pretty large with a lot of seating and looked like it could accomodate bigger groups if needed. Not a bad lunch option near Disney World.

Solid AYCE hotpot place with self serve meat, seafood, and hot food (fried chicken, ribs, sesame balls, etc) bars. All veggies, noodles, other miscellaneous are on conveyer belt throughout restaurant. Only thing is they have only 4 meat options: fatty beef, chicken, pork, and lamb. Service was super friendly and quick despite being so busy. Came at 7PM on a Monday and waited about 30 min for our table, all staff were super nice and friendly so that made up for it! I really recommend checking this place out!
