Twin Peaks

I made an online order for their lobster roll and lobster Mac. The ladies up front greeted me and were very kind. Once I got home and tasted the food, it was honestly disappointing. I didn't do my due diligence and look into the lobster Mac ingredients which contained corn, which I dislike. I called in and asked if there was anything that could be done and not only was the lady over the phone kind, the manager was kind enough to resolve the issue. I came in and picked up the new order and I made sure to express my gratitude for not only the accommodation, but the kindness I was given throughout the entire experience. Needless to say, their breaded garlic Parmesan wings are so good, even the leftovers are fire. Took them with me to work the day after and tore em up.

Ambiance: This location is quite large and has a ton of seating. They have garage style doors that open to the enclosed patio, which is very comfortable, especially with the fire bit in the current cold snap.Drinks: Came here for a nightcap after dinner and was very happy with the selection of drinks. A ton on tap, full bar and just great options. I ended up getting one of their 10oz ciders and it came out famously as their 29 degree slushy kind of consistency on top.Service: We sat on the patio so we just ordered directly from the bar out there. Bartender greeted us immediately and was fast. Food: I've never really loved the food from here, but they have certain menu items I like and enough variety to make everyone happy. Parking: This lot can be hell on wheel when it's busy. A ton of businesses share this parking lot, so it can be hard to find a spot.

5 stars for the drinks!! Love coming to watch football because the signature cold beers are delicious and on sale for $4.50 during football games! They also have late night happy hour: Cheers!After posting the review with 5 stars, I feel obligated to come back and edit because this place is def not 5 star worthy (apart from their signature beers)After ordering and experiencing more than just the "drink order".. I give it a 2. It's been a full football quarter and we still have not gotten our appetizer. My bet is the bartender never put it in and when we followed up they prob just put it in.. it's not even full and they are taking forrrreverrr. Food finally came after 2 check ups with the bartender.

My recent visit to Twin Peaks on July 3rd was, unfortunately, a disaster. From the moment we sat down, the service was horrible.The WaitAfter being seated, we waited about 45 minutes without anyone coming by to take our order for either food or drinks. When we finally did get to order, it took almost an hour for the food to arrive. During this entire time, the waitress didn't check on us once.The FoodBy the time our food finally came out, both my girlfriend and I had pretty much lost our appetites but decided to eat anyway. I ordered wings, and my girlfriend ordered a burger. Both dishes came out cold. My wings didn't have any sauce on them, making them dry and tasteless, and my girlfriend's burger was just as disappointing.Overall ExperienceThis was the worst experience I've ever had at a Twin Peaks. The extremely slow service and the poor quality of the food were inexcusable. Needless to say, I wouldn't go back to this location.

Ended up here because the Mexican place around the corner was pretty filled up (looks like one of the few restaurants catered to adults who are looking for a trendy New Age ambience, I digress)This is like Hooters, but cabin themed was one of the only women in the establishment besides waitresses. Cool for wings

Ordered lobster roll delivery . It does not look nothing like traditional lobster salad roll. It is watery runny mess that looks more like imitation lobster surimi. The menu does not disclose that is imitation surimi mix. It clearly states lobster. Overpriced fake lobster. I could not find one single lobster looking piece. They should disclose that in the menu as there are people sensitive to surimi ( certain fish and gelatin preserves used to make surimi) and it could have been disaster have I not suspected called restaurant and asked. They told me that is a mix 40% imitation and to talk to corporate.

I've been to twin peaks a little less than a handful of times, but every time I leave I leave wondering why I even went there to begin with. The food is subpar at best, I mainly have gone for the ambiance and sports. But this past time we went with our friends was the worst experience and we left extremely frustrated with our service because the waitress we had complained about where we wanted to be seated. She tried moving us to where we didn't want to be because it was hot and when we asked to be switched to a different area, her demeanor and response was unprofessional and almost mocking us for where we wanted to be sat like "yeah if that's what you guys want because over there is not hot I checked it myself". When we ordered our meals, our friends stated no bacon on the Mac & cheese please and gravy with the mashed potatoes... when the food came, there was no gravy and a lot of bacon in the Mac & cheese plus it was so spicy, so she asked for the gravy on the side and the waitress Jazmine said "I can have them make you a new one with no bacon" so our friend stated "that's ok, we're not feeling that Mac & cheese at all, is there a possibility of getting it substituted for plain French fries instead?" In which she replied "yes ofcourse". The fries took quite some time in which she even came to the table to let us know it's still being made but it should be out soon. No problem. When the fries come, they're extremely overseasoned therefore making it extremely salty and yet we still tried not to complain about it. Then we look at the menu to order a dessert and decide on the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cheesecake dessert, which this was the craziest part to me because it says clearly on the menu that you can "try it with a shot of chilled RumChata for an additional charge" and so we didn't ask for it because both of the cheesecake orders were for us pregnant ladies to share with our spouses. Once we receive it, there's a large amount of liquid sauce around the cheesecake that tasted strongly like alcohol. So we called the waitress over and questioned her if the dessert has alcohol because we can't have that and made sure to tell her prior to placing it. She almost laughs it off and says no there's no alcohol in it we actually serve that dessert to kids here. So then I'm like "But we can all taste it very clearly, can you confirm with the kitchen?" In which she leaves to ask and upon return tells us that there's only "a tablespoon or two of alcohol in it which shouldn't be enough to affect us" and that it's "the same as the grenadine with the cherries" but there's no alcohol in grenadine at all so it didn't make sense. Regardless we didn't ask for a tablespoon or two of it in our dessert and the fact they blatantly are here saying they give it to the kids too is crazy to me. As pregnant women, that upset us. Then to end the lunch with a cherry on top, when she brings the check she charges our friend for her "side of fries" when she substituted her Mac & cheese that she returned to her for the fries and she had said it was ok. When she tries to tell her that "it was supposed to be a substitution not an extra side of fries", the waitresses demeanor got annoyed and she says "well it's only an extra $5 but I can go remove that for you if that's what you want" and proceeds to roll her eyes at her right infront of all of us and turns around to go fix it. To us that was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. On top of that she never put in the order for a Cobb salad to go that our friend placed 15 minutes prior to leaving to make sure he took it to his wife that had to stay home. When he received his check the salad wasn't even on it and she never even placed the order so he left without it because he didn't want to have to wait another 15 min for them to make it.I called the manager over to tell him what's been going on, not to have anything removed from our paychecks since we already paid but to really just tell him about the attitude that waitress Jazmine had been giving us the entire time from start to finish, on top of getting several things wrong and blatantly telling us there's alcohol in a dessert they serve to children and now pregnant women. It was more for him to speak to her about it privately in hopes she learns and improves her attitude because it didn't cost her a thing to fix the things SHE herself messed up on and a simple apology would have sufficed. At the end, there was no apology, and on our way out she was in the front with her coworkers loudly talking about us and got hush mouth when we walked by them and just gave us "mean girl looks".So I'm just sharing this for those people who really don't go out to eat much and when they do they look forward to an amazing experience and meal and service because this place was simply not it and I won't ever be coming back here again.

Food was decent. Service at the bar was pretty bad. Had to ask for a 1st drink after about 10mins at the bar...then ask for a menu...finished first mug before they came back before being able to order food. Good luck.

Menus are DIGITAL ONLY. NO PRICES on menu. Food delicious.Women very pretty, very scantily clad.Many large tvs for watching sports.

Food always good Jett is best server and keeps drink full. Will return with guests. Five stars
