If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. It's Gator season, and If you're needing to get a Gator processed I would go ANYWHERE but this place. Hell I would even recommend getting on YouTube and learning how to do it yourself. We brought our 12 ft and 9 ft gator to them last weekend to get processed. We were VERY CLEAR on how we wanted the gators to be cut and prepared. We were so clear that they did the 9ft gator correctly, but for some reason when it came to the 12 ft gator they did not do what was asked at all. Mind you, we were having both gators prepared the SAME WAY. so not sure where the confusion would have been. When we went To pick the gators up today they didn't even have the 12 ft gator wrapped up? They just plopped it on top of a cooler and sent my brother home with it. Not on ice, not wrapped. Just out in the heat. Which will quickly ruin the hide. When it got home and my dad saw how it was done completely wrong he was obviously very pissed. The 12 foot gator was out in the heat, we have no cooler here to fit a whole entire 12 ft gator in, which is why we were very specific and how we wanted and needed this gator to be cut. When we called up there to ask them what went wrong the guy, Kevin (we believe that was his name) told us to cut it ourselves, and if we had a problem to come up there and fight him. Lol like what kind of customer service is that? With the amount of money that we just spent there and they were going to tell us that it was our problem and to come up there and FIGHT THEM. Extremely trashy people, we will not be going back and will never recommend anyone to go there. You're much better off taking your money elsewhere. Especially if you catch a 12 ft trophy gator, don't risk taking it to these trashy people who clearly don't even know how to do their job. They didn't even know what a horn back cut was. The gator was 600lbs and we even did the trade to where they could keep ALL the meat on that Gator. Which is how they make most of their money anyways, selling meat.
