It is an organic fresh green option. Who said healthy and green is not tasty? Far cry. It is good to sometimes, well all times, taste the food not the creative juices of "chefs".Pork Lettuce Wraps with a Honey Lime Dressing & a Black Bean, Corn, Tomato, Jalapeño and Feta Cheese Relish had bold fresh flavors. The pork was delicious. Key lime pie cups were little dollops of joy. All of the serving ware was recyclable. The service was fast, friendly, and courteous. The food was nice and organic. The flavors were bold and fresh. Keep us healthy and green.

We got to try some dishes from the Travelling Gourmet truck at one of the recent Food Pods and were very impressed. My wife is a pescetarian and her choices are generally pretty limited at most of the food trucks. Not a worry here - a fair selection of really great vegetable based options. The line here was shorter than a lot of other trucks, but those other people were missing out on some really great food. We tried the Shrimp Ceviche, Portabello Sandwich and the Cuban. The sandwiches were a little smaller in size than we had expected, but they were also more filling than we had expected, so I guess it all works out. My wife and I both loved our sandwiches, though I would have liked a few more pickles on my Cuban. The shrimp ceviche was good, but the shrimps were overcooked and a little rubbery.Service here was friendly and seemed to be a lot quicker than most of the other trucks. Prices were reasonable for the amount of food and for the quality you receive.

Got to meet these ladies at the new Oviedo Good Neighbors Famer's Market and Bison Burger was probably the best I've had ever (and not blended, 100% bison), including my time in Kansas at both high and low-end. They know just how to get the flavors inside and complementary additions outside, including texture and appearance. I can really appreciate good food and will definitely include this in my reviews.(Some people might flinch at the price, but #1 the amount you get and #2, look at any other food truck's price... I was surprised this dish wasn't $2-$3 more... wow!)Ladies, it was a pleasure, and I look forward to experiencing more!

I tried the Travelling Gourmet truck at the last food truck bazaar at the Fashion Square Mall. Although I didn't have my main meal at this truck, I did grab my dessert here. I had their fresh key lime pie and it was absolutely amazing! The pie was made in an individual, single-serve container. Don't let this fool you though, it was a pretty big single-serve cup. The crust at the bottom was a little loose and laced with lime zest, which gave each bite a crisp burst of flavor! The center, main attraction to the key lime pie was perfectly tart, yet sweet. The cream topping was light and fluffy and each layer combined to make me an extremely happy camper. All the food served off the truck is produced locally and is fresh as fresh comes. They also provide their customers with fantastic biodegradable utensils, which I LOVE.

The Travelling Gourmet food truck was at our church's FAVO opening event. Faith Arts Village Orlando is an old motel that Park Lake Presbyterian has turned into a complex for local artists. Travelling Gourmet was the first of several food trucks on the scene. I got an order of the portobello mushroom lettuce wraps that came with a little side of black beans and rice. It was delicious. While they were putting together my order, they let me sample the key lime pie dessert like Jessica V. described. It was really good. The people working the truck were friendly and the food came out fast. I can't wait to see them around town again and try some of the other menu items.

The best of the Orlando Food Truck Bazaar on 7/17 IMHO. Lovely. The pork lettuce wraps were yummy, the plantain chips were perfect. I hope they can keep up with the demand.

I went to a wedding catered by Chef Silvia, and the food was AMAZING! While everything was delicious, the ahi tuna tartare was especially good. In addition we had a rum-guava bbq sauce that was so good, I wanted to put it on everything. I would highly recommend Travelling Gourmet!
