Pistachios pasta with whipped burrata cheese - good but I wish I tried the scallops instead.
Polpo Griliato - octopus appetizer, this was the best part of our meal.

It is a typical hotel restaurant - overpriced and meh food. The highlight of our evening was our server, Gypsy. She was personable, friendly, and efficient. She was very knowledgeable about the wine list and was also able to make some adjustments to the menu to accommodate some dietary restrictions in our large group.Several of us had the Ribeye. I was extremely disappointed in my cut, as it had much more fat than a $78 Ribeye should have. Yes, I know Ribeye's are a lot of marbling, but this was excessive. The sea scallops that accompanied the Ribeye were very good. Also, the parmesan smashed potato was different and tasty. A colleague had the Osso Bucco and he said it was very good. Another colleague had the Filet and he said it was very good.We were seated in one of the private rooms, and it was disappointing because at one point another server moved about 20 bottles of wine into the room, disrupting our conversation.

Stacy is probably the sweetest server I have ever met. She wanted to make sure my thirst was well quenched even though I'm not a drinker. She went as far as requesting a virgin version for me since each course was accompanied with a cocktail. At the time the bartenders were too busy. But the offer alone was heartwarming. To make matters better, Madison who had made me a virgin mint spritzer during the cocktail half hour, passed by with the course's cocktail and remembered me. She told me she would be back in a moment. She came back with my own non-alcoholic Peachy Mocktail. I felt so important, though I'm not. The atmosphere is perfect. And the food is excellent. The seared grouper atop pesto bagna couda is unforgettable. And the frito misto is uniquely delicious. And the limoncello was surprisingly so tasty. I'm interested to know if parking is always validated with dining.

3.5 starsWe had a pretty solid dinner here during a conference that was at the Hilton Orlando. No reservations, party of 7 walking in and they pleasantly surprised us with a table in their wine room! Our waiter was great considering it was a busy night with many other conference attendees (there were not many options to eat nearby). For drinks we all shared a couple bottles of the Rombauer Chardonnay which I really enjoyed (very buttery if you like chards like that). I was educated by a coworker that it's known as "cougar juice." No idea why. Anyways for food, we shared 2 salads (insulata mista and insalata di trubucco). They were both delicious with the former having pears and Gorgonzola, and the latter like a Caesar salad. We also shared a fritto misto in saor which was fried calamari and fried shrimp over a sweet and sour-esque onions and raisins. It was interesting...I didn't hate it nor love it. For my entree I had the brodetto di pesce which the waiter described as similar to a SF cioppino but it was over saffron risotto (so not as soupy). It was very flavorful...tomato broth was on point with a good amount of seafood and the risotto was filling. All in all, if stuck at this hotel again I would come back. Loved our waiter who was clearly putting the effort in getting our food, replenishing our bread basket and refilling our waters despite the restaurant being busy.

Jumped in here for a quick dinner while staying at the Hilton, Orlando. Ambience is really nice - open kitchen and a cool wine room. The service was friendly, attentive, and quick. Had the octopus appetizer- really good, perfectly cooked. I had the pistachios pasta - it was good nothing fancy. My guest had shrimp pasta - he really enjoyed it. This place is definitely a really good place to come to in a pinch or while staying at the Hilton.

I had the osso buco and it was phenomenal! Served with the most delicious, rich sauce over polenta with a side of vegetables. Service was a little slow but acceptable. The place was pretty crowded so that was understandable! I would definitely go again and highly recommend!

Nice Italian restaurant tucked into the Hilton. We had some delicious Italian wine and a couple of cocktails with lite bites at the beautiful bar. Madison and Kevin provided us great customer service and we enjoyed shooting the breeze and talking all things with them ranging from food to life goals.I highly recommend this restaurant for upscale Italian wish we could have tried more dishes but our experience left us wanting to come back for more. Madison is a killer mixologist and can make you anything your palate desires. I would highly recommend this restaurant for special occasions or if you want to splurge a romantic night out

Delicious dinner loved the burrata and the pistachio pasta -- BUT... I really came to write a Review on our server - Stacy -- I've worked hospitality for almost 20 years (I know) I've bartended dive bars near UCF all the way to private dining on yachts on the Adriatic coast. Stacey is fantastic. Kept Service light and fun - and she watched to see where she could enter the conversation and take orders for wine or dinner. Very professional - thank you for making dinner

We are visiting from Tennessee and staying at the Hilton. The wife and I decided to have dinner here at Trabucco. Our waitress, Mrs. Jackie, was phenomenal. Very kind and very helpful, she walked us through our entire dining experience from start to finish and she nailed it! My wife had lobster manicotti and I had scallops atop a bed of risotto. Both were great. Trabucco didn't disappoint. Home runs with the food, the service and with the staff. Highly recommend

First off, I'm not a formally trained chef, but I have eaten many cuisines throughout the US and Europe. While staying at the Hilton in Orlando for a conference, I was excited to try this restaurant. Let me tell you, I am so disappointed with my dinner. I sat in the "lounge" area and the bartender who waited the tables in this area was excellent. However, the food runners leave little to desired for their lack of attention when delivering a dish. I started with the Trabucco salad. Presentation was excellent along with a proper ratio of lettuce blends, cheese and dressing. I will say the dressing, although light, was very salty and could have used maybe an acid to break it down some. For my main course, I ordered the Gianelli shrimp. The bartender who took my order repeated correctly back to me what I had ordered. When my food came, it was not the correct dish, which happens not a big deal. They took the dish back, made the correct one that I originally ordered in a timely fashion. The menu states gulf shrimp, heirloom tomatoes, garlic, basil, and pecorino. While the dish had good flavor for the most part, it was definitely not gulf shrimp or heirloom tomatoes, Nor did they use fresh basil, and to add the pasta was clumped together. So many missed opportunities with this dish. I am deeply disappointed for the amount of money paid for both dishes and nowhere near the quality it should have been. I will write this experience off as an off night for them, but believe you should hold them accountable to better standards when you order.
