If you're looking fresh, delicious, and flavorful food then you must try this Syrian food truck! I don't think there is much Syrian specific options in the area. They are a food truck located behind a Smoke Shop on 17-92 in Longwood. We ordered the Double Arabi Shawarma. They cooked the shawarma fresh for us and the garlic sauce was top tier! We also ordered the dessert, it was like a rice pudding topped with cooked kunafa and pistachios, i love dessert and loved this!!! They were so friendly with top service and the ambiance was great with a beautiful lake view. We definitely plan to go again to try the Toshka and another version of the dessert!

Excited to try some Syrian food we visited on a Sunday evening. The food truck is behind a smoke shop and there are a few places to sit.We ordered the toshka, which is lamb meat with cheese and it comes with a garlic sauce, pickles, tomatoes and a little coleslaw for $14. Another item we ordered was the sujuk for $13. Of the two I preferred this one, it felt more filling. It's bread pressed with pickles, tomatoes and the same minced lamb filling that's in the toshka. You can make the sujuk a meal for an extra $2.50, it will come with fries and a soda.Everything we had tasted good but I felt like the portions were kind of small. The meat was a very thin layer and we both left feeling hungry still. I also didn't like that there was no actual menu in person, we already looked it up online, so we knew what we wanted but the menu doesn't share much details of what a "make it a meal" includes. For what we ordered it seemed to take a considerably long time to make, around 20 minutes. Overall it was nice to try something different, but I was unimpressed with the portion size for the prices.

I found this hidden gem on Instagram last night and knew I had to try it for lunch. I ordered DoorDash pickup and had a good experience. Toshka is tucked behind a smoke shop with limited parking, but they have a banner clearly marking the location and it wasn't too difficult to get in and out. My order was ready and prepared on time. My co worker and I both got Toshka. The pita was warm and had a good filling ratio. The lamb was tender and well seasoned. It was balanced well with the cheese. The pickles, tomatoes, and sweet slaw that comes on the side was the perfect combination. The garlic sauce was my favorite and I could eat a whole tub of it by myself. Overall, it was delicious and filling. The truck was cute and they have some seating on a gravel lawn. I'll definitely come back.

I had no idea what Toshka was despite being Syrian myself, but after trying it here, I'm completely sold. It's a unique and flavorful experience! The highlight, though, has to be the shawarma. Hands down the best shawarma I've tasted in North America, and I've tried more places than I can count. Every bite was packed with authentic flavors that took me straight back to the streets of Syria. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving top-tier Syrian street food!
