Tortilleria La Mexicana

This right here is definitely one of the most legit Mexican table service restaurants in Florida as they are doing it right in just so many ways!First the atmosphere inside is very detailed with those incredible tables to the decor it's very well thought out to create a vibe!They delivered some chips and salsa to our table right away and let me say the salsa here is beyond legit with the red one being like salsa but kinda sweet definitely unique the guacamole one was perfect just a tad spicy but full of flavor perfect to add to anything the last one we had to ask for as I dig some good spice and what they gave us was a tomatillo salsa and this one right here was were it was at like so flavorful but spicy not insane but definitely felt the hotness from it and for me to say anything is somewhat spicy says a lot as I'm always eating peppers!Of the many options I went with the Mexicana platter and let me say each thing here had delicious flavor with those yummy tortillas the taco was delicious it really took me back to one of my favorite places in Cali that we would go to on Tuesdays the meat inside was very flavorful and that huge chunk of cheese on the bottom of it was a nice surprise the tamale was also spot on the masa was yummy and even better with salsa on top the enchiladas were also packed with flavor as well making for just a yummy addition to an already delicious meal.The prices here are also very reasonable which is a rarity now a days especially with food that is this good like you really can't go wrong.Overall this restaurant was awesome in so many levels if your looking for the real deal Mexican food this right here is is on so many levels I'll be looking forward to coming back here again at some point because from what I had and everyone else had we all agreed that it was just that good!

We made reservations for dinner for a party of 7 !This restaurant has been packed the last two times we went. The table had a few appetizers- chorizo/cheesePiping hot a touch smoky... but gone before all the warm chips were finished!! Guacamole, with chips Queso & a spicy red sauce. Our server was really good and efficient! Refill seemed to magically appear ! I had fajitas the last time here and there was TO much food !! Exceptional... this time I had bacon wrapped shrimp with cheese inside... ( can you say labor intensive ) Really Really Great meal !!! Even the great grandsons loved their meals - quesadillas & Tacos - My hubby ordered the chili Riano's I got to try them, a little spicy sauce and the seeds were not taken out ..So a bit spicy for me ( but he loved them ) when we first got there our room was a bit loud, but it quieted down when the tables around us left! It's rare, But EVERYONE LIKED THIER FOOD !!!

The moment we stepped through the door, the lively atmosphere enveloped us, instantly lifting our spirits. We were greeted by the tantalizing aroma of spices and flavors wafting through the air, a promise of what was to come.The menu was a feast for the eyes, but we quickly honed in on the tacos, which were bursting with flavor. Each bite was a delightful explosion of zesty goodness, perfectly balanced with fresh ingredients that danced on our taste buds. And then there was the skirt steak, iIt was cooked to perfection--tender, juicy, and seasoned just right, making it utterly irresistible. To complement our meal, we ordered a couple of their signature drinks, and let me tell you, they did not disappoint! Each sip was refreshing and crafted with the utmost care, adding just the right touch of indulgence to our already fantastic meal.The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who ensured our glasses were never empty and our plates were constantly filled. In no time at all, our food arrived, and the portions were nothing short of generous. We could barely keep up with the delightful spread laid before us!Plus, we appreciated the convenience of on-site parking, which made our visit even smoother. This brunch spot truly exceeded our expectations, turning our post-party hunger into a food coma. It's safe to say we'll be back, hungry for more of this delicious experience!

The food is super delicious and you can't go wrong with anything ordered. The ambience is family orientated but can have fun on a date. Omar our waiter was super funny and fun and very helpful.

Wow delicious food! The chips& salsa were very tasty! The red sauce was a bit underwhelming but their green sauce mixed w guacamole is soooo good! It did take a while initially to get our orders taken but that was because of miscommunication from the staff which they apologized profusely about and treated us with a nice dessert on the house as well! The theming is top notch, some of the most beautiful benches and tables I've seen, all hand carved apparently! The rice and beans were not all that great their serving size for these were far too small compared to other places but the entree was delicious! (Got the chicken quesadilla and the chicken was very juicy)! Would recommend checking out if in the area.

We went with family to celebrate a birthday. It was a Monday evening so it was pretty empty which was nice. Really cutely decorated and ambience was nice. Our waitress seemed bothered when we would ask for something and had to ask more than once at times. As for food the chips and salsa given free when you order an entree was good chips seemed fresh which I love. The food was delicious. We had a variety of entrees ordered at our table and not one person complained. Great portions and authentic flavor. Really enjoyed it and will be going back for more!

The restaurant is very authentic and connected to a small market. The decor was cute and festive. The food was really good. They offer a variety of authentic Mexican dishes such as fajitas, molcajete, chimichangas, flautas, tacos, tamales, and more. They also have a variety of natural agua frescas and margaritas. The service was a little disappointing. My husband's entree was forgotten and came out to the table when everyone was already done. He cancelled the order when he informed the server that he never received his plate and but it was still brought out to the table 20 mins later and we were charged for it. Overall, it is not recommended for large parties.

Authentic Mexican Food. Great fast service! New Beautiful restaurant! Perfect for Taco Tuesday's! Awesome for large groups! You will never be disappointed here! One of my top favorite Mexican restaurants in Kissimmee!

Wonderful place. Had a great breakfast. Reminded me of South Texas. Bridget was very attentive and very cheerful. Great place will be back

Great place, super cute decor. The agua Fresca is huge! Got a lime cucumber. The food was all great. We all had steak in different options but it was all good. Incredibly filling. Can't wait to go back.
