The bread pudding breakfast is nice. It's very sweet, and the berries are in a sauce, they are warm, with a fresh whipped cream.

This is one of the best restaurants on WDW property. Went here for both the character breakfast and dinner - and got seated at the same table both times - HA!The views from Topolino's Terrace are simple stunning and unlike some Disney restaurants the table are spread apart with ample room. With flavors pulling from the French and Italian Riviera, I give the slight edge to the food at breakfast, believe it or not. My steak and eggs were incredible! Not a dish a would normally order, but when you're walking 19,000/steps a day, and often skipping lunch, I wanted something that was filling. My poached eggs were perfectly cooked, potatoes perfectly seasoned, and the steak cooked just to the right temperature. Dinner was almost just as delicious. If I had two very minor nits, I'd say my rigatoni was slightly over cooked (but the the chicken sugo was fantastic) and I found the olive oil that comes with the bread to be a bit too full-bodied and overpowering. The actual bread, however, was phenomenal. Airy, pillowy, goodness. Service was attentive and friendly - as is Disney standard. Will definitely return.

This is a splurge meal, special occasion or similar type establishment. As a Disney Signature dining restaurant, it's very expensive.Food TLDR; pork belly appetizer delicious, creative, lower value. Good if you just want a small bite to warm up. Classic sole, exceptionally prepared with matched flavor. Not a substantial side but the best white fish entrée I've ever had. Creme brule is good, creative flavors and the creme brule stands up on its own without the accompanying support ingredients. Chocolate cake looked better, though. From start to finish, everything I tried was absolutely delicious. Our server, Damian, was excellent and he made sure we were absolutely happy with everything we got otherwise he did whatever he could to remedy it. One major plus is he was very open and honest with reccs. It really helps expectation setting.Food: We started with the Pork belly Fazzoletto. It was a delicious piece of pork belly topped with a extra-large sticky note size square of fresh pasta. Cooked perfectly al dente and then there was a marsala glaze and spring pea puree. I initially thought the pork belly was a little underdone as it didn't cut very easy, but the fat was still rendered sufficiently, and having it cooked to this level actually help with eating it and scooping up all the sauce. Very nice preparation. At $19, it's overpriced for what you get, but with the flavor, texture and richness, most would probably find this sufficient. My wife and I shared this and both loved it.A little before appetizers came out, out table also got complimentary bread service with some olive oil. The bread was decent, I've had far better, but the same can't be said for the olive oil- it was delicious. Extremely fresh and slight peppery flavor. I typically pass on the table bread but this was great (and free which very few places do anymore).Time for entrées. Our server was very clear that he had a special place in his heart for the classic sole dish. I was originally going to get the braised beef cheeks but I was shaded towards the sole- a very, very different dish. I generally stay clear of mild white fish because it's inherently boring. I really did love the classic sole. The butter and white wine sauce tasted as if it was browned butter, had a touch of acidity from the lemon juice and saltiness from the capers, every bite was truly delicious. The fish was cooked perfectly, moist and developed a consistent tasty crust that would typically compromise a lean white fish's delicate texture and moisture, not here. I have to admit, I was still thinking of how the beef cheeks would have been. I was plenty satisfied from this entrée and appetizer. Along with the bread, I was no longer hungry, I felt very good and didn't feel as if I over ate. There was just a level of satisfaction missing from the sole dish for me. It was likely the best white fish entrée I've ever received at any restaurant though. You won't be disappointed if you get it and are in the mood for fish. I wasn't in the mood for it and still absolutely loved every bite. My inly complaint here is I wish there was a more substantial carb. The side could have had a wonderful polenta or roasted potato. Instead you got a few peeled jewel sized potatoes that were delicious and some small starburst squash. Very tasty, but kind of weak in comparison to the whole piece of sole. Which I forgot to mention, zero worry of bones. The chef took care to remove every last one. Save some bread to sop up the sauce, you can't do it with the squash or potato. Overall, coming at $55, I don't know if this sole is worth it- but that's coming from me who has a preference to a more hearty fish/seafood like salmon, trout, tuna, etc. In all honesty, this was a $40 plate at best.Last but not least, the creme brule dessert. It was a vanilla creme brule and it had some small meringue pieces, some tangy cherry-red wine foam dollops, and a Graham cracker crumb type crumble. The brule was situation on too of a white chocolate disc. Overall, this dessert was very good. The chocolate cake looked better in my opinion, after seeing someone else in our party dig into that. The creme brule was a little difficult to eat, as you went to pick it up with the spoon it would slide all over the plate because of the white chocolate base. All the components were delicious though and it was very creative in the way it brought different flavors forward. That's all our food- again, very expensive but you're treated so well and the restaurant is so pleasant. It's got a nice, relaxing feel but it's certainly upscale and worthy of bearing a signature dining designation at Disney. Yet another restaurant here that brings forth unmatched service, food, flavors and textures, but at a price. Not a value dining option. Money is no object here. Come in expecting to spend about $100 per adult and you'll have your expectations met or exceeded.

Food: excellent. Prefer California Grill slightly more than Topolino, but it's very close and some in my party favored Topolino. All in our party had the salad, romaine insalata. Most beautiful salad presentation I've ever seen and it was delicious. Highly recommend. Two in our party had the classic sole meunière and felt it compared to excellent Dover sole. Definitely would order that again. I had the Branzino which I preferred because I did not want a dish with a lot of butter. It was excellent. And the 4th in our party had the bouillabaisse and said that was excellent as well.Did not have dessert.Extensive wine list. Unusual bread that is shaped like frond of wheat that is served at the beginning of the meal with a rare olive oil that was outstanding if you're an olive oil connoisseur. Butter is also provided. Service: outstanding table service from VickyAmbience; nice atmosphere. Loud like every Disney restaurant. You can go out on the deck after dinner and overlook the different resorts that are close by.

***Diabetic Review***I have Type 2 Diabetes...this is my quick review...We came for drinks - but heard there was a NO SUGAR ADDED dessert! I was so excited I ordered my Modern Fashioned and the NO SUGAR ADDED dessert. It was like an ice cream and streusel crumb dessert deconstructed! I was pleasantly surprised as it was tasty and did NOT spike my blood sugar!!!I've always enjoyed the drinks here and the atmosphere along with ambiance is amazing, especially if you are seated near the window. Michael was our waiter and he was TRULY EXCELLENT in every way!Go for drinks - stay for dessert - you won't be disappointed!!!

We dined at Topolino's Terrace the other night for the first time. First, I loved the views from the top floor of the Riviera Resort. They have an outdoor lounge area that you can get to by walking through the restaurant. It's so beautiful at night. And if you time it right, you could watch the fireworks from EPCOT or Hollywood Studios (and maybe even Magic Kingdom off in the distance). There's also a bar area indoors where our server informed us is first-come, first-served and it's usually not busy, so you can order from the same menu as the dining tables. Once you get deeper into the restaurant, it's nicely decorated, but the entryway to the dining room leaves something to be desired. It's just a big open space of white tiled floor. For a high-end restaurant, it should have a bit more ambiance to welcome you before you drop a few hundred dollars for a meal. And the bar area is pretty lackluster, too. Honestly, the entire front area past the host stand needs a makeover. For starters, we ordered the Escargot en Gougères. It was escargot wrapped in a flaky pastry with a lot of butter and garlic. Delish! We also received a giant basket of small, complimentary loaves of bread that were beautifully shaped with very olive-y olive oil for dipping. For my entrée, I ordered the Branzino, a fish dish that was excellent and flavorful (and not fishy). We added the Brussels Sprouts as an enhancement. They were amazing. Sweet with just a little bit of a spicy kick. Everything was fantastic -- from the food to the service. They just need to do something about the ambiance at the entrance. First impressions are important, and I just expected something on a more grand scale as you enter. But the tables and lighting are beautiful once you get past the tiled flooring.

This place lives up to the hype. I only wish we weren't dead tired when we came. We made a reservation, which I'm sure everyone knows is a must. We were sat quickly and the service was top tier. I enjoyed a glass of champagne and the bread they bring. Scallops are my favorite so I had to get theirs and they were melt in your mouth delicious. And the portion was very reasonable. Our reservation was also later in the day so we were able to see the fireworks from Magic Kingdom. I would come here every week if we lived closer.

Ambiance was beautiful. Everything was delightfully themed and on point with the hotel. Service was very kind- all servers and hosts were polite, prompt and attentive. Food was delicious, we got kids dipper waffles, my husband steak & eggs, and I got a gruyere quiche. All were delicious. The characters made my heart so happy, spent extra time with my extra shy son to make him smile as well. Bonus points to this experience!1 star off because not even a full 5 minutes passed from the time the bread basket came out to the time our food arrived and we felt rushed to leave. Other than that, highly recommend!

Dinner at Topolino's is an excellent option to escape the business and overstimulation of the theme parks (with small Disney touches of course). Service was friendly. Our server was very attentive and personable. He recommended the Sole and I was blown away! The flavor was incredible. The citrus flavor is strong but I wouldn't want it any other way. I also recommend the gnocchi! For my non alcoholic friends, the Bee's Knees was a wonderful beverage. I appreciate that it was aesthetically pleasing as well (while not the most important, I still like a cute drink) We didn't stay for dessert or the fireworks because it was a long day but I am confident we'll be back for those!

Disney honeymoon, vegan and meat eater review:Ambiance - stunning! Had the best table in house next to the window. Loved everything about this restaurant..Food - I had the vegan off menu pasta with tomato sauce. This was incredible! I think it was homemade pasta the best I've ever had. I also modified the brusssl sprouts to be vegan without honey and this was a must order. My husband really enjoyed the shrimp "enhancement". He ordered a second one of these because he loved them so much! He had the filet and scallop entree which he thought was okay. He prefers ribeye but still enjoyed this. I had the vegan fruits of the forest dessert and I enjoyed this much more than I expected! Overall a 4.75/5 for food. :)Service - Paul was one of the best servers we had all week! . He was very patient with my questions and gave us a wonderful night to remember from our honeymoon! He kindly gave us a free champagne for our honeymoon. No complaints here!! so 100/5 for service.Overall this was an excellent meal. So worth the price! absolutely will return and I recommend this one to everyone! overall it was a 100/100 experience.

Incredible service, food and views! Our waiter Sami was amazing and even brought over a blanket when my friend said she was cold. It was an amazing experience and worth the cost of dinner. You can see the Epcot fireworks from the terrace and it was beautiful!
