Tijuana Flats

Just had dinner at Tijuana Flats in Hamlin. I had the 2 tacos double stack and was very satisfied. We shared the chips and guacamole, and my wife got the steak flautas. I really like this location because it's newer and it is a lot cleaner than other Tijuana Flats I've been to. The hot sauce bar is always a Tijuana Flats staple and we really enjoy trying different hot sauces. We got our appetizer and entrees very quick as well. Overall we enjoyed our experience, and will continue to be our favorite Tijuana Flats to visit!

Haven't always been a fan of T-Flats but a friend recommended their new Mexican Pizza that they're offering for the month of May so wanted to give the Hamlin location a try finally. Downloaded their app which offered a free trio sampler that I paired with my Mexican Pizza order. Didn't have to wait too long to order but felt like my order took a bit for takeout. Got salsa from their Hot Bar located inside the restaurant and noticed a long strand of hair justchilling on the counter. The location was moderately packed and since I live close by my food kept well. Overall everything was delicious and because of the app, def going to give this place another try!

This Tijuana Flats is phenomenal! We always have wonderful service and everything is so clean. The tacos are so tasty and we love to sit on the patio here.

So, I just ordered the Street Tacos Carne Assado, with a side of cilantro rice and queso. You would think for $9.99 you'd get more than a spoonful of meat. Don't count on it. While tasty, the portion is very skimpy with a hint of sauce and a couple of onion bits. That's it. Meat, onion and a small corn tortilla. The rice was undercooked and maybe a day old. Could've been better with tomato or salsa, cheese, lettuce - anything to dress it up a bit. Save your money and buy the groceries. Very underwhelming for the price.

The double stacks are great!! I get them almost every time. Today I tried a new sauce (Smack of the Scorpion) it is a pineapple and scorpion pepper blend offering a little citrus with a lot of burn!! Love it!

Love their tacos and enchiladas. They are bringing back their old dishes (yeah!)I usually use them for catering too! Everyone gets excited when they see it set up for lunch!

We visited the new Tijuana Flats in the Hamlin Town Center soon after it opened. Everything seemed to run very smoothly and efficiently. I ordered the Bangin' Chicken Burrito, which has always been my go-to. Instead of getting just a drink on the side, we decided to "Make it a Meal" that included rice, beans, and a drink. I had to laugh -- the rice and beans came out individually in what can only be described as condiment cups, like what you would use for ketchup or for hot sauce in Tijuana Flats' hot sauce bar. The burrito is really big, so I didn't need the extra rice and beans. They were pretty blah anyway. I certainly wouldn't "make it a meal" again. Just give me my burrito and hot sauces. I do like being able to sample a variety of hot sauces from the hot sauce bar. They've changed it from the last time I went to a Tijuana Flats. Instead of individual bottles to pour from, now they have pumps. Unfortunately, if someone doesn't like spicy (like everyone else I go with LOL), there isn't another option for them to sample from.We sat outside on their giant covered patio. There was a nice breeze that day, sun shining, and it wasn't very hot yet in Florida. It was the perfect setting.

The WG spot in the Hamlin area was quiet on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. The staff are nice but we're not super attentive since the hot sauce bar was out of cups and the regular coke tasted like Diet Coke. But overall food was tasty per usual. Saturday had a great deal with $20 for two drinks, two select entrees, and select appetizer to share.

Chips are stale, Queso watery, tacos are iced cold and they forgot the sauce. Oh, I also asked for no jalapeños on the tacos but guess what, there were jalapenos!

I asked no onions and no cheese, they make me sick. There was cheese on the beans, and onions in the taco. So if you have an allergy be careful. Also the side of beans and rice is like 1/4 cup.
