Tijuana Flats

I recently attended the grand re opening of the Tijuana Flats on Millenia, and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was lively and welcoming. Outside, they had samples of a delicious soda and a fun spin-the-wheel activity with prizes. I won a pen, and my friend won a free taco, which added a festive touch to the event.As soon as we walked in, the friendly and attentive staff greeted us warmly. They asked if it was our first time visiting, which was such a nice way to start the experience. While we were in line, another staff member asked if they could get our drinks ready, and they brought us water with ice and straws, such thoughtful service!When it came time to order, the cashier, Kishia, was super sweet and patient as she tried to redeem the free taco we'd won. Although there was a little hiccup in the system, the manager, John, stepped in to help. He went above and beyond by redeeming the free taco for the garlic shrimp tacos (even though it wasn't technically eligible) and even threw in free queso for our chips. It was such a kind gesture, and we really appreciated it!The general manager, Tabitha, was also incredibly attentive throughout our visit, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, including refills. My friend headed back outside for more samples, and the outdoor staff generously gave us two full bottles of the soda we loved.Overall, this was hands-down the best Tijuana Flats experience I've ever had! The combination of amazing service, delicious food, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere made the grand opening unforgettable. Huge thanks to John, Tabitha, and the entire team for making it such a wonderful event. My friend and I will definitely be back, especially for Taco Tuesday!

Best staff at this Millenia location! I was instantly greeted as the door swung open for me (like I was royalty) as I entered with my family. Menus were provided promptly so we have time to decide what to eat before ordering at the counter. The space is huge with plenty of seating, individual bathrooms with changing tables, decor all over the walls and hanging from the ceiling. There's so much to admire about Tijuana Flats and the customer service they provide here.We ordered a burrito bowl with the best citrus vinaigrette I have ever had! I dipped my chips and quesadilla in that vinaigrette; it was so flavorful and had the perfect amount of tart. The beef quesadilla hit the spot. The tortilla didn't get super soggy when you dipped into your favorite sauce. And OMG the SAUCE BAR!!! I guess I would have to return to take a photo of this magical sauce bar. I'm not one for spicy but they have a good range depending on how you're feeling. I'm a sucker for the sweet chili - I'm a sweet sauce girly (I know) but my husband loves to try the hot sauces and appreciates all the combos you can make by mixing them and personalizing your own sauce. You can't go wrong. The horchata was good but I'll ask next time to hold the whipped cream; in my opinion, the drink was perfect on its own.The manager was so kind to assist and round our tables to see if we needed anything. We'll definitely be returning and it's such a great location to stop for lunch or dinner after doing your shopping. Very close proximity to Costco, and the Mall at Millenia.

I was just there with my husband for the 2nd time . 1st time was Okay before the rest closed and it was bombard with young ppl the services was lacking and attention as well. Noe it's WOW the service was phenomenal . I regret not getting the cashiers and servicer's name both were woman and very lovely. We were asked how things were several times. We felt like we matter and the food was delicious

I got my partner chimichangas yesterday and fried cookie dough bites. I haven't eaten at Tijuana Flats but it's my partner's favorite. The lady was nice at the counter; it took about 15 minutes for us to get out to go order. The inside is Mexican themed- because it's a Mexican inspired restaurant!! We'll definitely come back for the hot sauces!

My favorite! Stopped in to have lunch today. My husband and I ordered the Queso Blanco Carnitas Chimichanga with chips! Ordered a Mango White Claw and a Modelo to drink.We order our son a kids chicken burrito with chips and applesauce with apple juice to drink!Service and food was great! I love the hot sauce bar they offer. If you don't like it too spice I recommend the "Smack My Ass and Call me Sally" it's a sweet and sour sauce!The restaurant was very clean with clean floors, tables and hot sauce bar was nicely put together. I can't wait to come back!

Coming from Canada, we found Tijuana Flats to be a treat!There aren't many quick Mexican or Tex-Mex options here in the GTA. When our local Florida friends suggested Tijuana Flats and expressed it to be way better than Chipotle, we had no idea what to expect - but they were definitely right!Tijuana Flats is a great, affordable option for Tex-Mex food with so many menu options. All the food was fresh, flavourful and the portions were huge in comparison. Between our group, we ordered a bowl, burrito, chimichanga, tacos, and queso with chips, and an order of the atom bombs. I would skip the atom bombs but everything was a hit! My tacos came loaded with shrimp and fresh toppings - I could barely finish, but you bet the next day I was craving more. After a long day at the parks, this was the perfect quick meal! Everything on the menu comes with a side of chips and salsa, including their salads. Be sure to check out their extensive hot sauce!

Good food and friendly staff. And a relaxing atmosphere. Have yet to have bad food or service from this place.

All Tijuana Flats are not created equal. Total disappointment at this location after having a great experience at others. Came 45 minutes before closing and staff was more interested in that than anything else. Customer service was bad. Food was also. Hardly any meat in my tacos. Would not return to this location.

Went to grab lunch after some shopping. Staff was friendly, helpful and wore masks. We got a steak chimichanga and chicken flautas. The steak was flavorful, juicy and probably one of the best we've had at any location. Flautas were meh, but overall fine.

The services was absolutely amazing. The staff were so friendly and willing to get anything you need. The food was fresh and hot. I would never had a bad experience at Tijuana flats. It was raining.
