So they re invented this place to make it more like a Food Hall type vibes. And so far its been a success! There are 3 food booths so far - Unigirl, Bahn Mi Boy and Kai Kai. Unigirl - Its a Riceball Onigiri concept that are priced at $4- $5 each. To me thats pretty steep for a rice ball. These usually costs $2-3 ish in Hawaii! So for them to price it at $5 minimum? Is pretty steep. The times I have gotten Chinese BBQ this stall has no lines or customers lined up perhaps they are closed? Bahn Mi Boy - Vietnamese Bahn MI sandwiches sold here. I heard they have been up and down with tastings. So I am unsure how is the taste, They also sell Vietnamese sweets pre packaged and summer rolls and vietnamese drink desserts. They also sell fresh sugarcane juice.Kai Kai - Chinese BBQ concept selling roast duck, Char Siu, Soy Sauce Chicken and Crispy Pork. Also dim sum foods like siu mai and har gow and turnip cake. Also they sell beef chow fun amongst other items and some of these items are not ready to order as yet and a staff will tell you that. The food hall is small and has a few tables with seating area. Weekends I have heard this place is packed and long lines. The items they sell here as far snacks etc are priced at $3.99 again kind of steep for a bag of chips and candy. This place may have potential I know Kai Kai is super busy with their meats. I see a future renovation coming soon inside because as you enter you can tell it needs a boost.

The different restaurants in this place are all really really good. I got to sample $100 worth of different items and well worth it, the service was nice. The ambience is very busy.

This used to be a VIBRANT, ROBUST Vietnamese market overflowing with a wide variety of produce, prepackaged products and hot food, and a small army of people running it. Today it's an empty shell. What happened?!?!

This market used to be our go-to everytime we go to Orlando. Lately, the selections reduce a lot. And there were no prices. We understand the prices are going up, but it seems that they just charge for whatever they want now. How's a bag of 5-spice seasoning $6?!?!

This is truly, truly, sad that I have to post such a negative review to warn others, especially, after being a frequent trusty customer of your establishment for over 30 years! I was taken advantage of by 1 of the owners on the register when I was rung up. For some strange reason, 1st time ever, I decided to verify the receipt in comparison to the items paid. Unfortunately, I was OVERCHARGED the same item 3 times individually, and another 1 time extra (See picture of receipt)......, wow, really?!! I have heard of others in the past times about you overcharging people for the same items, but, I just didn't want to believe such a thing. And btw, I am a Vietnamese-born like you are! You even attended to my wedding!! Shame on you!! I feel so ashamed of your action that I must take actions to expose & warn your future customers of your actions so they won't get taken as I have been by you, personally. Wow, speechless........

3 Stars for selection, but not the cleanest or freshest-smelling Vietnamese grocer in town...When you walk in you'll be immediately hit in the face with the familiar, slightly sweet, mostly sour, borderline rotting smell. If you can get past that, just behind the registers, there should be carts to use.The selection was pretty good. My guy friend new what to look for while he let me tag along. Is this my favorite Viet Market? Naw. Is it the cleanest? NOPE. Does it have to be the best? Not really. Because it has its loyal customers,

Why 5-stars for this establishment when newer and more spacious Asian grocery stores exists all around town? Honestly, it's the banh mi. There are a ton of competitors around town and I am well aware of the favorite contenders, but Tien Hung banh mis are by far the best and continues to withstand the test of time in my opinion. Their baguettes are the perfect consistency of light and airy, but also crispy. The dac biet is well-balanced and the ingredients are fresh. They have other banh mi selection that has way better flavor profile and freshness compared to others. I love that they carefully wrap the banh mi so it minimizes the smell in your car lol. If you buy the banh mis in bulk then you know what I am talking about. Of course it's 4.99$ price is a stark reminder that the days of $2.50 banh mis are long gone, but it's still more substantial in size than most other places in town and it's still buy 5 get 1 free. With regards to the rest of the grocery store, even though it's old, the space is tidy. The selection is limited, but it does have what I need when I need specific Vietnamese ingredients and the butcher's selection is fresh as well.
