At first I was confused because there were employees standing right by the doors, thought they were hosts, but they were just talking to each other. While blocking the door. That wasn't great. It's more a cafeteria ordering style. Though I really wish the menu font was bigger. It was behind the counter so you could only get so close and it was hard to see it. Our cashier and the chef were wonderful though. I let them know I was allergic to raw onions (but cooked is fine. Heat breaks down the allergen) and they made sure I'd be safe. The chef personally came out to talk to me. I really appreciated the care and attention to detail. Food was good! I wish there was more dinosaur theming with it though. Love the restaurant interior. You really feel like you're visiting Jurassic Park. Definitely worth a visit if you're a fan of the movie.

This was the best place I ate at Island of Adventure! I loved the theming, super cool, feels like you are in a rocky terrace over a waterfall. Tons of natural light, and I liked our view of the end of the Jurassic Park ride, classic! We needed some lunch and I am gluten free and vegetarian, so it can be a challenge to find good theme park food that will increase my energy. I ended up getting an impossible chorizo bowl and was delighted! The beans were flavorful, fresh avocado, the impossible chorizo was in a sauce with lovely flavor. I was expecting something similar to a Chipotle bowl but it was MUCH more elevated. I felt full and energized for the rest of my park day, super impressive! What is better than a healthy meal with a view of people getting soaked on a ride?

I mean. It's park food. Dont expect to be blown awayBut when the food is surprisingly decent AND not super super overpriced it's a winService wasn't bad. They had a bunch of people clearing tables fast and bringing us napkins. It's packed inside obviously but there's a bunch of seating. You go up and order, grab a buzzer and wait. Typical amusement park styleI got the ribs and potatoes. Ribs flavored well, not cooked to perfection to where they completely fell off. They needed a tiny tug. The potatoes drowned in butter and seasoned well. Melt in your mouth but also give you like 2 red potatoes cut in half which is a bummer. Corn is corn. Can't complain thereIt's getting a 2/5 because in all reality it's not that good of food in the grand scheme and portions suck. But for park food it's good

Solid all around. Nothing jumps out at you saying "this is amazing!!" But nothing was bad either. They put a ton of meat on the plate but very little amount of potatoes. The corn was probably sitting for awhile because it had a weird chewy texture but it tasted fine. The rice bowl could've used more than 2 plantains. Service was helpful with getting additional sauce. I would go back but it wasn't super great

This is good for what it is: theme park indoor dining. My family of two adults and twin children split two entrees (ribs and chicken) with milkshakes. The milkshakes are very much of the quality of 1990s buffet restaurants. Kind of grainy. Kids liked it. We all thought the ribs were ok but the chicken was better. Potatoes were a hit, but some didn't like the corn seasoning. Prices were high but not unreasonable for a theme park.Took about ten minutes to get our food on a fairly crowded Saturday. Tons of open tables. Reasonably clean restaurant but bathrooms a bit mid.We were all totally fine with our lunch which is a big success on a family trip.

Great spot to get good food. Many options including for vegetarians. They do through app the ordering and employee brings you to the table. Still help the ones that don't want or don't have the app

Personally I feel like the giant turkey leg is a very safe option for theme park food. It's fairly priced (relatively speaking) and should be more than filling for your standard adult. This is a big clean restaurant where you can sit down enjoy the AC and order your food through the mobile app. Thunder Falls and The Three Broomsticks would be go to spots at Universal for a quick meal.

Extremely slow and obviously under staffed. Frustrating and time-consuming experience. Multiple frustrated customers.

We stopped here for lunch and ordered the meatless chorizo rice bowl and it was DELISH. Table service was fast, staff was friendly and the decor fit the ambiance of Jurassic Park.

Pretty good for theme park food but they don't get five stars because they really need to figure out their ordering and getting drink systemEverything was so slow because the people working had no idea who gets whatThe food overall was tasty and the meats were super moist. The beans, plantains, and potatoes were the star of the show
