Selena is the best! She never leaves my drink empty no matter how busy she is and always has a smile on her face. She is always slammed which says a lot about her ability to run her bar due to her everyday regulars. Definitely a great time, and fun to be had by all!

As one of the only smoking bars left, I love this bar. They have TouchTunes, a good mix of different people. I always go when I know Selena is working. She the best bartender in the area. Always keeps my drink full and area clean. David rules too. I hope they stay just like this for us degenerates.

Only go here if you smoke or can tolerate smoke. It is one of only 2 establishments left that allow it. We did not know that going in and felt badly about leaving but we could not breath. Bartender was friendly and fun, we stayed for 1 because we felt bad. Serve very very little food. Was hoping to hang out for the NFL Draft, but had to move on.

Not a bad hole-in-the-wall dive bar. Could use a better booze selection. We were looking for a late night bar and this got the job done.

We recently came here on a Friday girls night out after dinner and had a nice time. They had mango white claws on special so I was hooked. It is a smoking bar so if you're not a smoker beware. They have dart boards and pool tables. There was a DJ who began around 9pm? Not exactly sure of the time. The male bartender was very nice and we had excellent service. I did not see a whole lot of social distancing but if you're concerned about that you probably shouldn't be in a bar anyway. Servers were wearing masks and we wore ours upon entry. It's not a fancy place but it was fine and runs right down the middle of fancy versus dive bars I've been to. Shots were reasonably priced.

Thirsty Whale is a dive bar. There is a lot of smoke in here, so if you are not a smoker you might be put off. It is a fun place that serves very cheap drinks and beer. They have pool and darts. Music is mostly from the TouchTunes jukebox, which I love to mess around with and play my girly music. It is frequented by regulars and locals. However, the staff is very friendly.3.5 stars

David and Angie are friendly and attentive bartenders. The reason to go. Every time I go, I strike up a conversation with another patron. A welcoming vibe throughout.

I haven't been here in years, since they had Tucher on draft, half a bar, darts, and pool. I'm no local but with a few kind words, they treated me like a celebrity. Cheap beer. Strong drinks. Friendly service.

They did remodeling ~ still stinks of cheap beer. They don't have any high end liquor or single malt scotch. A real let down to the community.Yes, you can still have your clothing saturated with cheap cigarettes- a 5 min drink will kill your lungs and your clothes- nastiest place in Lake Mary!

Pretty decent dive bar. Pool tables, check. Respectful crowd, pleasant, attentive and cute (h/t Kali) bartenders. Wings were plentiful, crisp and sauced decently. Anti-smoking zealots stay clear. Numerous TVs. Bourbon selection is limited, but you can at least get some Knob Hill. Surprisingly clean. Ample parking. TVs were conspicuously devoid of sports for a sports bar, but pretty sure, on request, you could get some local game. Solid drinking establishment for a very reasonable price.
