The Wine Room on Park Avenue

A very lovely spot that's great for a solo outing, as a work spot, for a group gathering, or a date. Grab your wine card from the front desk and load it up with money so you can pop that card in all the slots (hey how...mind out of the gutter m'kay?) and try amazing wines from around the world. Wednesday nights are the best for card load-up as it is Ladies Night and after 4pm (I think?) if you load at least $30 on your card they'll double the value. The food is quite tasty - especially the meatballs and the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake!PS - they do have a small assortment of non-alcoholic wines avail too if you're sober or sober-curious! Just gotta look carefully at the info signs as the NA selections are mixed in with the rest. PSS - be sure to venture downstairs to see the private lockers, the vault (a snazzy seating area), and more wine dispensers.

The best wine bar you can ever go to. The two servers were so good and recommended wines based on our palette. My husband hates meatballs but I was able to coax him into tasting and he actually ate three.Beautiful place. We enjoyed it three times.

A friend and I came in around 10pm on a Friday night. Understandably, this is a busy time. However, there is minimal seating - just something to be aware of. We came in, went to the register to get a wine card ($3), and then loaded it with money to spend at the wine dispensers. I would recommend having a staff member show individuals at the wine dispensing machines on how to use them because this can be a bit confusing if you've never been here before. The wines that I tasted, mainly the rosés and white wines, were very good. Unfortunately, while trying to dispense a $3 pour, a $15 pour from a spout further down came out instead. We had to bring this up to a staff member, and we got it credited back to the card, but we never saw an employee fix anything.Overall, it was a good spot for wine in the Winter Park area. Just be mindful of the time you are visiting.

I absolutely love this place! Great for girls night, a date or simply a glass of wine and some appetizers while people watching or reading a book. I love the sip options and always discover something new. I always leave with a bottle of something delectable.

Happy Hour is Monday-Friday, yes, even on a Friday. YAY! I ordered the half flatbread special for $8 & it was ooey gooey great with sliced pears & Brie cheese bubbling hot. Slight honey glaze or something, it was excellent. I was feeling adventurous & let the server pick the wine. The rose was so good. I think it was around $5. She was super nice & brought out a dog bowl with filtered water & ice, so nice. Great evening sitting outside watching the holiday event, lighting of the Christmas tree & menorah. This restaurant is dependable, always a comfortable good time with them.

Wine enthusiasts will love this establishment. Upon entering, you can add money onto a card and scan it throughout the restaurant's walls to try different flavors of wine in a glass form. I do not drink but our group loved this. In addition, they also offer food. We tried the chicken lollipops, brussel sprouts, and margarita pizza. The chicken was dry and lacked in flavor but I would have the other two items again. This restaurant is extremely tight and loud when crowded. The introvert in me was miserable. But if you enjoy being on top of one another and not interested in finding a seat, you should be fine. I'll probably never come back here because it's not for me. But if you love wine and socializing, give it a try!

Finally had a chance to try this spot out for Wine Down Wednesday and i loved it! I love the idea of walking around and trying as many different wines with a bunch of different sizes so you can try as many as you want. Super perfect if you end up there on a Wednesday after 6pm it's Ladies night, so if you load your card with $30+ they will match what you put on it.... wild! It was a little busy and low amount of seating so I would dress cute and remember to wear comfy shoes to walk around. Gotta add this to your wednesday must try list!

Wine room is my go to spot and who doesn't love fountains of wines from all over the world. It never lets me down the ambience is always cozy fairly dim lights. I got to have a nice little girls day, and had some flatbreads and enjoyed all types of wine. I will be coming back and maybe one day I'll try different items on the food menu however For now I'll just choose the wine.

Checked in and added more funds to our card. It was a bit busier than we anticipated for a Saturday but that's ok! Grabbed our wine and struggled to find a seat but headed downstairs to the cellar. Lots of open spots so we grabbed two and sat down. The music was awesome downstairs! Didn't see a single server the entire hour+ we were there. Really would have loved a glass of water while we switched wines.

I've never done a wine tasting before here so this was a really cool and new experience for me. The place is nice and they have a lot of wine to try. It can get a bit crowded on nights of their specials but it's still fun. I liked being able to use a card to sample all the wines I wanted and control how much I sample. I really liked the Sweet Wines downstairs they were delicious! I was surprised that the food here was good as well. I really enjoyed the Lamb it had great flavor, I will say it was a tiny portion though. Their BBQ Chicken Flatbread is amazing! If you were thinking of trying this place out you definitely should! I will be coming back.
