What an excellent upscale neighborhood wine bar and bistro! My friend made reservations for us based on a previous visit here and said I needed to see how great this establishment is. She was absolutely on point! The ambiance is incredible and the set up inside is fun and inviting. The bar itself is quite unique with its zigzag design, which allows a number of people to converse easily. The owner, Deborah Linden, is the owner of this great wine bar. She worked with an architect 9 years ago in developing the concept and it is something to see and experience! Deborah came to our table at the end of our meal and provided us with details of the place and asked us about our visit. She even introduced us to Chef Blake to discuss our appetizers and meal. (More about the incredible food by Chef Blake to follow!)First, no restaurant or bar can be rated 5 stars without an exceptional staff and Vineyard has this down pat. Alex and Ireland were attentive, fun and great conversationalists. It was like we became friends with them once the night was over. Their service was impeccable. We started off with two glasses of the Argyle Bloom Pinot Noir. Alex said it was one of her favorite wines and it became ours, too. We order a bottle soon thereafter. Now, for the food. I did not expect a wine bar and bistro to have such incredible and delicious menu items. We decided to share a number of items so that we could get a well-rounded taste of the menu. We started off with the Polynesian steak skewers, as recommended by Alex. The sauce was a mixture of orange and pineapple and certain spices, providing just the right amount of sweetness to the steak. The skewers were a special that night, but I'm happy to report they will be a regular item on the menu in the future. My friend had the Vineyard Grilled Cheese on her first visit and said we must order it again. The combination of apricot jam, thick bacon slices and brie on a toasted sour dough bread finished with balsamic glaze was heaven on a plate! We finished up with the Prosciutto Wrapped Dates, which consisted of crispy prosciutto with herb goat cheese. They tasted like a dessert, which lingered in your mouth well after the first bite.We took a break for about 30-45 minutes, enjoying the Argyle and conversation. Alex suggested we share the Short Rib to finish off our night given the Short Rib was a "Chef Blake's Daily Creation" menu item and this was the last night it was being served. Based on the previous food selections we enjoyed, we were sold. I cannot really describe how wonderful the Short Rib was. It was fall-off-the-bone delicious, juicy and cooked perfectly, served on a bed on mashed potatoes. We savored every bite. Major kudos all around to Chef Blake! We spent over 3 hours here enjoying the entire culinary experience, the relaxing atmosphere and camaraderie with the staff. I highly recommend a visit here. We will definitely return. Deborah said they hold music events on the patio when the weather is permitting, which draws a fun crowd. That will definitely be our next experience here!

This evening was absolutely spectacular. I had a glass of the Wolf Riesling from Germany for $9 a glass. My date arrived on time; and we were seated outside for our 8 pm dinner reservation. I was greeted by a lovely lady at the bar- I chose some wine while I waited for my date. For entrees I had the house chopped salad; minus the cheese. He had the chef's special as in scallops and the bruschetta. The ambiance of the restaurant is very small. Not many tables inside or outside but the service is 100%. I'm definitely coming back

I attended a private event and had a great time. The appetizers that were served were all great. My favorite was the Bruschetta. The team working the event was very attentive to keep our wine glasses full. I asked for a recommendation on a sweet wine, and I really enjoyed the Sangue di Giuda that was suggested. Always try to attend when The Vinyard is our host for our networking event, Everything is always terrific!

Vineyards is a very charming restaurant/wine bar and a regular spot to grab a drink and bite to eat! The ambiance and layout is great for relaxing with friends and even meeting all the Windermere, Bay Hill and Dr. Phillips neighbors! They basically sell great selection of wines at very reasonable costs and you can pair that with live music and very friendly service!

We love this place not just for its interesting collection of wines, but for the great food. You really can't go wrong with any of the shared plates. We love the Brussels sprouts, bruschetta, charcuterie, and the pita plate. Caesar salad is excellent.. And you won't find a better pizza crust anywhere--it's imported from Napoli. Service is very gracious and welcoming, and the wine advice is, of course, great.

Stopped in for a date night and had a very enjoyable evening. It was raining out so a lot of the tables were full, but we found a spot in the back which worked out great for us.We opted for some sharables - burrata and charcuterie board. It had such a great mix of items on the board and really complimented the different wines we were both interested in trying that evening. We were able to sit and relax and enjoy ourselves while we snacked on our food. The burrata was well prepared as well with a nice salad with it.We were not rushed and had great service. We will keep this place on our date night list for sure!

Wow! Food here is totally gourmet! This wine bar is a hidden gem. It's amazing that the food is so incredible because the chef works in the tiniest kitchen ever! Order your appetizers as soon as you arrive because it does take a while to get them-small kitchen makes for longer prep and delivery. We had flatbread and coconut shrimp which were both killer! Spices, sauces, the breading on the shrimp was coconut and light and the dipping sauce was subtly sweet and spiced just right.I had a bowl option with veggies and chicken and quinoa and my husband had the steak. Both were well cooked and seasoned. They also get an A plus for presentation and they offer imaginative pairings with their stellar and outrageous variety of wines! We purchased a pairing dinner and they served us in the private dining room at the back of the restaurant. It was the best food and wine pairing I've ever experienced and several of the folks in our party who frequent Winter Park restaurants agreed that the Vineyards is an absolutely spectacular place to spend an evening with superb service, wine and cuisine. Also, eat on the patio when the weather permits- it can get a bit noisy inside especially when they feature live musicians on the weekends.

Never has a restaurant had such a wonderful familial vibe. The staff, small but extremely passionate, operate like a family unit. They are welcoming, fun, and very knowledgeable of the food and wine they serve. The chef is simply one of the most inspired cooks in orlando, a simple yet decadent menu with rotating entrees creatively crafted by the chef. Last night I had a spring Risotto with charred Broccolini and blackened Scallops, simply divine. I can't recommend this place enough, 10/10
