We were staying at the hotel and my husband booked a reservation. The food was delicious. I got lobster and it had some crab in it as well. The bread was good, the ultimate chocolate dessert was super cool! Watching it burn and melt was fun, I even took a video of it.Our server Phillip was awesome and the ambiance for our double date. Iggy was great. Everyone loved their food and I would definitely stop by again if we were in the area again.

My mom and I went to the Venetian Chop House for the first time a few months ago because I was staying at the Caribe Royal. I still remember that server, Anour, was absolutely amazing- as was the food. We had such a wonderful time that I took the rest of my family for an early Christmas gift a few weeks ago. And could you believe we had the same waiter? On top of that, Anour not only remembered my mom and I, but he remembered what we ordered. From our meal six months prior. As mom and I were going through the menu, trying to decide what we ordered last time, he came over and told us. I'm still impressed with his service (and memory!) In addition, he walked us all through the menu and helped us identify new things to try. He didn't steer us wrong. We shared the beef carpaccio (particularly delicious), beefsteak tomato capri. I ordered the bison ribs (one of the top ten dishes I've ever had) and others ordered the airline chicken breast, steak, lamb chops (which were more like lollipops which was a super positive thing for my partner- he was so happy with it), and the veal Parmesan (my mom still says this the best thing she's ever had- and she said that the first and second time she ate it), and as a side we shared the broccolini, gnocchi (particularly amazing), and Brussels sprouts. For dessert we shared the ultimate chocolate sphere, and the vanilla crème brûlée which blew us away. Thank you for the amazing night out, and special thanks to Anour for his attentiveness. We'll definitely return, and will request Anour be our waiter. We highly recommend The Venetian Chop House and Anour!

Pros: private tucked away tables, nice ambience, great service. We enjoyed our stay at caribe royal with the family and the amenities offered for the children. The restaurant is nestled in the lower level of the lobby and has an artistic foyer.Cons: food was a little bland. Expected more robust flavors.The bison short rib with rosemary was good, as well as the fresh baked sourdough bread. Scallop appetizer with polenta was good but the sauce was blandThe lobster mac was lackluster, the potatoes au gratin were a bit dry.Overall if the food had a little more flavor it would be worth the price point.

09/05/2024 WARNING THEY ADD THE TIP ON YOUR BILL THEY CALL IT " Service Charge". We added tip without realizing they already did, they should tell you up front they add it. Im a good tipper but tell me if you have added already. SMH. We were here for a pharmacy conference and thought it was nice to have a steakhouse on property. The service was amazing the prices are terrible for the quality. We will not be back. If not staying at the hotel, take my advice and just valet park. Very nice upscale restaurant. Neal was excellent. He could sale me on anything on the menu! He was efficient and attentiveDrinks were good. They have specialities that the show of presentation is part of the experience, a chocolate dessert which we didn't order and the lobster bisque, which we did order. They ran out. Ribeyes were cooked to perfection. Bison short ribs were tender. Bolagnese and sea bass puntanesca were delicious. Creme brulee and cheesecake are good as well.

Nice, solid steak place in the hotel. We had a great filet mignon, potatoes scallopini, and roasted brussel sprouts. I wish the waiter wasn't so chatty. I mean, he was working HARD for that tip. I had a few bits of steak leftover that I didn't want to take home, and he asked if he could take it home for his dog. That was a first. I couldn't say no.

Service was 5, but the meal just sort of missed it for me. I was happy though that they did have sourdough bread, so I was able to have that since I am non-dairy at the moment. For dinner, I got shrimp cocktail, and the salmon. The purple potatoes were absolutely delicious. The salmon was nothing you couldn't make at home. I got it "blackened" but there wasn't much flavor. At that price point, I was expecting a wow. The vibe around was the steakhouse vibe, dim and a bit dated. Everyone that passed us was very kind and sweet. The hotel itself is very nice, not really much to do, in terms of food. There is a Starbucks, but no inhouse bakery or anything to get some thing sweet after dinner with a coffee. I didn't try the steak, so can't comment on it, but service was great. Thank you for friendly staff and smiles all around!

My family decided to take me here for Father's Day, it was a great choice. Sara our server did a great job with great attitude and menu knowledge. Then the food. We had a great lobster bisque, we ordered , ribeye, chops, Sea-bass and couple of complements. All of them very good. RecommendedThe ambience quite, nice and well distributed. I recommend this place.

Give Joao a Raise! He was amazing, and really took this experience to the next level. We went here for my nieces birthday, it was part of magical dining. He provided such amazing service under some crazy situations. They got slammed with a convention and basically had 3x the number of guests planned for that night, I watched this guy work his butt off to ensure everyone had an amazing experience and did not feel the impacts of the busy and short staffing. And he sung happy birthday in 4 languages . Thank you Joao for making a very special little girl feel very special on her day! In terms of food. It was amazing as you would expect. The chicken parm and the banana caramel cake was the table favorite. But I can't find any issues with the food. Can't wait to experience this again.
