TL;DR anything you order will be amazing. You cannot go wrong. We've been ordering Pass for work lunch for years now and I've tried most of the menu and we keep going back for a reason. If you're looking for recs, the most common orders are birria quesadilla, carne asada bowl, queso, and shrimp tacos. Pass hoses in a warehouse lot of all things and is takeout only so be prepared to go eat somewhere or eat in your car - no shaming, it's worth it lol. You can also go ham and bulk order tacos and eat tacos for days - not judging on that one either haha. But seriously, go. As soon as you can!

Still amazingly tasty! Was having MAJOR cravings for their chicken tinga quesadilla (husband got carne asada quesadilla) and it did not disappoint (except for the chicken quesadilla was a little cold). This was the first time we visited their establishment location in Altamonte. Now, don't go there thinking it's a sit down situation. It's more of an order and pick-up and go type. That's fine, we just sat in our car. Food was still delicious (and always get extra of their garlic aioli). ** one important thing I will ask of them is to refrain from using staples at all to seal bags or around any food product. Opened up our chips and the staple came loose and almost lost it in the bag of chips.

We have the pass kitchen most Thursdays because they have a booth outside of tactical brewing. I haven't been to their actual store front but we absolutely LOVE their food. The birria is tender, flavorful, and goes perfectly on the krunch wrap or quesadilla. The food amount is never skimped and the consume is delicious. The service is always friendly.

Local Hidden Gem As an Altamonte Springs local, I often find myself dodging the chain restaurants and looking for something more local. The Pass Kitchen is a local hidden gem that I plan to return to. Don't let the location scare you away, it almost did us. The Pass Kitchen is located in a very unusual area, which seemed to be industrial. We were thrown off by this upon arrival to pick up the to go order. Don't judge a book (aka location) by its cover! My boyfriend ordered the Birra Stacked Grilled burrito. The portion size was huge and this was delicious. I think I even liked it better than my meal. I ordered the chicken tinga burrito, and it was to die for. We also ordered a side of chips and queso. The chips were seasoned to perfection and the sauce was creamy. For the two of us, the total was around $40. I was surprised that it didn't go down when I removed several items from my burrito (such as beans), but that was ok as it was worth it. We will definitely return. Our meals were delicious, but the entire menu is appetizing, so maybe we will try a different item!

I got the hot honey pepperoni pizza and was disappointed that they very clearly forgot to add the hot honey. So I can't speak on that flavoring but the pizza itself was good. My husband got the birria tacos and loved it. The takeout order process was long. I was told my order was ready and proceeded to wait another 20 minutes before we received our food. There was a long line waiting and only one person at the front so they just clearly seen over staffed and not an organized way for people to receive their food for Togo orders.

Visited this restaurant on the way home, it is a very small suite so pay attention or you'll miss it, they were warehouses that have been turned into a businesses. There's no place to sit and eat so must take out. There was a lady there at the window but I placed my order at the Kiosk really easy to do. What I ordered:Lobster Tacos: lobster, cilantro, cheese, onions, horse radish, Side of garlic aïoli, avocados and tomatillo sauce. Side of consomméThis was so delicious the best Taco I've ever had, I got corn shell but they made it a little crunchy, all the flavors meshed so great together. Bread Pudding: Bread Pudding with Dulce Leche on the side, tossed in cinnamon sugar & powdered sugar. OMG the absolute BEST. It was a little crunch on the outside and so warm and soft inside, my only wish is that I could eat this everyday!!I hope this restaurant is around forever and I can't wait to go back and get some more food! 10 stars!!

This review is for their food truck that holds a special place in my heart. I've had the pleasure of enjoying The Pass Kitchen's food, and it brings back wonderful memories with my family. I love this place so much that I've recommended it to countless people, especially for their incredible chicken krunch wrap!I've also visited their location in Altamonte Springs and grabbed food to go, but there's something special about tracking down their food truck through Instagram and enjoying their food on the spot. My go-to is the chicken krunch wrap just as it is. The subtle hints of jalapeños add the perfect kick of spice, and the garlic sauce ties everything together beautifully. It's made with absolute perfection every time.Recently, I tried their banana pudding for the first time, and it was a game-changer! Served warm with a creamy de leche sauce at the bottom, it was the perfect blend of comfort and sweetness. This place never disappoints, and I can't wait to go back for more. If you haven't tried them yet, do yourself a favor and check them out--you won't regret.

First, this is a kitchen, not a restaurant. There's no dining room. You can get food for takeout or catering. But do NOT let that or the location (a warehouse district) discourage you. This is some of the best food I've eaten in a long while. Fresh, well prepared, and amazing flavor await you. Quesadillas are OUT.OF.THIS.WORLD!!!
