The nutrition nook focuses on your wellbeing - body and mind. They have many drink options (all named after books) that you can add protein, collagen, probiotics and immunity boosts to so you can enjoy drinking it and your body can too! I got the Romeo and Juliet which was full of fruity flavors. Though a little sweet for me, I love the atmosphere of the place and the owner went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. I look forward to going back and trying other items!

Amazing experience!! Service was superb, such friendly owner. It's all family owned. First of all the place is super cozy. The owner is a former teacher so she loves books and she has the place set up so cool with books and the menu is themed around different books. The shakes are healthy and they taste like dessert Had so much energy from their Mega Teas as well wow!! My wife had the waffles and it tasted incredible and it's with high protein so it helps us with our protein goals for the day. Gonna be making this my new spot for breakfast because the quality is amazing

Absolutely LOVE this place. Great decor, nice and homey feel to it. Service is wonderful. Everything on the menu is fabulous. When I was going through chemo, their mega teas were one of the FEW things I could taste and gave me the energy I needed. If you get a chance stop by and try them out.
