Well folks I think I found the local feed-mill, there no doubt about the popularity of this watering hole the non-alcoholic beverages here are served in volumetric portions that requires two hands to sip and the entrées come with (3) choice sides.Arriving here at the noon hour on the weekend it's likely you'll find a wait, there was a wait but not for us since there was only the two of us, but there were several herds tied out front and they weren't going to be seated anything soon. It seems some of the patrons here treat this as an event even though it's no a buffet and the food isn't served family style. This restaurant is well staffed with friendly servers, the decor is comfortable as are the entrées I think any time the sign on front of your building only says "home style cooking" they will come, especially at these prices. The Food - Open-face roast beef sandwich on white bread and mashed potatoes with brown gravy this seems to be a daily special I think it was $11.99. The thinly sliced roast beef was tender and flavorful and completely covered the bread and mashed potatoes definitely comfort food. The chicken tenders were uhm tender lightly breaded and tasty, the crinkle fries and cole slaw were good too but the collards with a few shakes of Louisiana Tabasco Peppers in vinegar was excellent the only way they could of been better is if they were served in triplicate, you can order these as all three of your sides you know. There are some interesting offerings here, I'd definitely stop in again to try more of them...
