Had the chickpea empanadas the first night I arrived and they were really good. Had the pistachio gelato pop earlier which was delightful. Nice little marker with a full staff and snacks for just about everyone.

Convenience of the 24 hours service aside, there is much that could be improved food wise at The Marketplace. There are premade sandwiches and salads available in the cold case and they will make you Starbucks coffee, sorry Starbucks gift cards are not accepted. For hot items, there are even a few pizza options. During a lunch break at the conference I wanted to grab a soup and salad entree. The soup of the day was tomato bisque ($4) and it was definitely not up to standards. It was like they accidentally spilled the whole bottle of salt in the bowl such that the sweetness and the acidity of the tomatoes were completely lost. I grabbed a chicken caesar salad ($11) from the cold case and was disappointed to see that the croutons were not stored separately... sure enough they were completely soggy/stale. For a quick service place, I would say they were also quite slow. I did try to beat the lunch rush by coming before 11:30 and there were not too many people ahead of me in line, but nonetheless it took awhile to get through the cashier line and to finally have my soup poured.I will say there are a lot of snack options - the bad candy bars and then the healthy protein or fiber heavy bars. Even lots of wine and hard liquor to purchase, which is great.

Review #843This is a convenient grab and go market place located inside the Hyatt Grand Regency Hotel in Orlando Florida. I'm a say this is really convenient you can get coffee, soda, salads, and ready-made sandwiches. But man get prepared to pay through the nose for the convenience. I was attending a convention there over the Memorial Day weekend in 2019. I strolled in to make a purchase. I had been in meetings all day, and was extremely hungry. I just wanted a sandwich. I chose the sandwich that I wanted, it was $12. My brain did not make this decision, my stomach did. I bought the sandwich and a soda, I think it came to over $16. In my opinion this is robbery. I really feel they are taking advantage of their guests, and taking advantage of convention attendees. not everyone attends these events on an expense account. Just wrong, wrong, wrong. Is this the impression that they want to give to people when they visit Orlando?

Every and anything you could want or need at any hour. Friendly service. Great variety and quality from beverages to meals to desserts, snacks and after dinner drinks. Conveniently located in the lobby. Even has protein shakes custom made, my go to breakfast. Scratch the breakfast- no protein on site!FYI-They apply the 15% silver discount here but not at poolside tropics bar.

The Marketplace is a convenient shop in Hilton, open 24 hours a day. The line can appear long for coffee, but the 2nd counter to the side also makes coffee drinks - there's just no sign indicating that, and there's also no menu, so you have to remember what you want. Beyond that, its was super convenient to grab any food or snacks that I needed during my stay. The variety was nice and I was happy to see a good selection of healthy snacks available too.

Coffee is not too good. And why still do paper straws?? Hot food is clutch late at night.
