Surprised I have not written any reviews of Cafe 24 as I have come here often in the past whenever I am staying at the Caribe Royale resort.It is essentially a 24 hour convenience store inside the hotel. They have snacks, drinks and coffee/espresso available. They also have food available to order including salads, sandwiches, pizza and paninis. Ive had their coffee and pizza and its decent, especially if its late at night and you don't want to go out of the resort.

This is a convenient place to grab some water/juice/energy drink/soda or a quick meal while staying at the Caribe Royale. When we've stayed at the hotel, we get our breakfast here rather than deal with a formal sit down meal or brave the buffet. The freshly made breakfast sandwiches are big and full of meat. The coffee drinks are fine. I like that there is the option for fresh squeezed orange juice because bottled orange juice is an abomination. I would recommend against most of their bakery stuff as it's pretty awful.

Poor customer service so many people at the hotel have suggested us no to go but being they are the only ones open at times we went and sure enough experienced poor service. The ladies are rude and do not acknowledge you and when you ask for something they are rude with a response.

I have tried their sandwiches, which are about $10 and big. The bread, Tomatoes, Lettuce, turkey and cheese were very fresh. Overall it is a little pricey, but expected at a resort of this caliber.
