The Lunching Pad

My little cousins wanted to eat here, but I just had coffee & the most amazing passion fruit mandarin tart. It was so pretty I didn't want to eat it. The flavor was amazing & everyone loved it. It was the most unique tart I've ever had. I truly regret not bringing ziplocs or a to go container to Disney. I definitely would've taken some items with me.

This is one of the worst foods I've tried at Disney. I went here for a quick service snack and won't come back. I ordered the Mickey shaped pretzel and it came with a hot cheddar cheese sauce. The pretzel tasted like cardboard and was bad. I dipped it in the cheese sauce to enhance the flavor but I didn't like the sauce either.

The launch pad is located at the magical kingdom across from buzz light year. We had breakfast there I had the breakfast bowl which has Tatar tots, omelette, chili, sour cream, cheese it was very good and satisfying my family got the pretzels with cheese Fast quick and on the go for Disney.

Great snacking food for in between rides. I recommend splitting the Mickey Mouse pretzel. Added bonus it comes with a huge tub of warm cheddar cheese. Lines move quickly.

During our rush to get to Magic Kingdom on Christmas Day we were not able to eat breakfast at the hotel. I woke up early to obtain a spot for the virtual queue on the new ride Tron. While waiting for our number to be called I ordered a mobile order from a spot near the ride called the lunching pad. We ordered their famous sticky bubble bread and a breakfast bowl. The sticky bread was delicious with the right amount of sweet and spices, I just wish the dough itself was a little more moist. The breakfast bowl was even better consisting of tater tots with a full cheese omelette topped with pico de gallo. Both were a great way to start the morning for a full day at the park.

Perfectly serviceable grilled chicken sandwich, burger and kids' chicken strips. This would probably be a 3-star meal outside Disney parks, but inside where the food is expensive and mediocre, it gets a one-star boost.We were here for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party and needed some dinner and were nearby. The ordering process was pretty hectic with long lines and then rushed ordering, but we still got what we needed.The oddest part was that you had to ask for lettuce, pickles and tomatoes at the counter when you pick up your food, but the rest of your stuff you got at a condiments counter. The person I ordered from told me this, but otherwise I would have been totally lost. They also seemed a bit surprised when I asked for veggies. Maybe most people at Disney parks don't want veggies. The actual burger and chicken were pretty good. A step above McDonald's and maybe on par with other, slightly better chains. The French fries were good, but didn't stand out. We got lucky and found a table for four opening just as we sat down, but there's pretty limited seating if you're there at any kind of rush time.

Well, I guess it was inevitable. After a series of excellent experiences at various Disney eateries, I finally found myself disappointed by one of the company's restaurants.I knew before I even landed in Florida that I absolutely had to order a churro at some point, as one of my fondest memories from our Disney trips as a kid was eating a churro in the park. I think it might've even been my first time eating a churro ever, which made the experience even more special.So after passing several places offering churros, I decided the time was finally right in Tomorrowland.However, my bad experience began right when I went to order my food, as I found myself face to face with a surly woman who behaved as though she hated her job and she hated me. And ironically, her name was Smiley!Anyway, I finally got my churro and chocolate sauce and they were both very middling. The churro was especially disappointing as it was lacking in that pronounced cinnamon flavor you associate with the sweet snack. Worse still, it didn't taste fresh at all. The chocolate sauce was fine but awfully thin and lacking in chocolaty richness.It's really too bad but at least it was the only truly objectionable experience during my time at the four Disney parks.

Very displeased with our Mickey pretzels and the amount of time it took to get them. They prefer you do mobile order, but we didn't get our pretzel until about 30-40 minutes after I ordered them on the app. The pretzel wasn't even good. It was hard and it wasn't warm.

After enjoying few more rides, we made our way over to The Lunching Pad. This is not a place to get all varieties of food, but more of a quick snack stop. Main offerings are: Hot Dog, Barbecue Pork Sandwich, and Mickey Pretzel. They had a couple more side items, and then slushy drinks. The item we wanted from here was the Micky Pretzel. That was the only thing we wanted, so we didn't have any issue with their limited offering.The pretzel was a pretty good size, not too large not small. And most of all, super cute!!! It came with cheese dip, but they have all the condiments like mustard nearby if you want other options. It was warm, fluffy, chewy and tasty! The cheese dip added additional substance to it, so it was a bit more filling than I thought. Yes, the price might be a bit on the high end, but then again, this is Disney World...
