The Honey Bee-stro

The Honey Bee-stro infuses Winnie the Pooh's favorite ingredient into all its dishes - Honey! You can eat in its dining area, a charming garden with a little shade and tall tables. Chicken & Waffles: I liked the whipped honey butter and spicy honey on the cornbread waffle - It's a fun twist on the traditional waffle. The chicken had stale, soggy breading. (Service is fast, because the food has been pre-made and sits on a plate for who knows how long. That would explain the stale texture.)Honey-Glazed Cauliflower (Honey roasted carrot puree, wild rice pilaf, Spring veggies, honey blistered grapes, sunflower brittle:) Simple, light, and tasty. I plan on recreating this at home!

This booth is part of the flower and garden festival at Epcot. The chicken is pretty standard theme park fried chicken breast. The waffle and honey on top makes it super delicious. I will definitely be getting this again.

The Honey Bee-stro is a must try spot for delicious pollinator inspired dishes at the Disney's 2023 flower and garden show. This years flat bread and spicy honey chicken and waffles were well balanced sweet and savory treats for a garden adventure with the mouse.

Delicious and innovative way of using honey in dishes! Service is good considering we went to Epcot to try the dishes:) The ambiance of course is excellent because this was at Disney World-Epcot!!!

Either this place is super new inside Epcot or everyone is nuts for passing it by. It is a walk up dessert location like many others throughout the park. There are multiple cast members to help you purchase your items and as usual take the receipt to the counter to pick up. All items as you may have guessed have some sort of honey option. I went for the Honey Mascarpone Cheesecake. This includes honey whipped cream, whipped honey, crystallized honey, honeycomb, dehydrated honey and fennel pollen meringue kisses . You may think overkill, but I say perfection. The chew cake was small, but mighty and smooth to the last bite. The whipped cream was light and perfect. I loved the crisp of the honeycomb. Prices were great and the seating area gave off a great vibe, tucked away in a little corner area with flowers and such. They even had little honey jars out. Bummed o didn't get a picture as others people were in the way. This location also offers flatbread and their version of chicken and waffles. Check them out if in the park

Great honey flavorings on chicken and waffles. Very little place to sit but it was worth it. So much to see and do

We ordered every food item on the menu and all were top notch. We had eaten other foods at Epcot the day we were there, even from two quick service in France, and they paled in comparison to every item here at the Honey Bee-stro. This place is worth the try, too bad it isn't year round.
