5 Stars for service and a solid option for holiday ham.I've ordered a honey baked ham the past several years on Thanksgiving, but this year after I ordered online, I decided to go with a local restaurant instead. They don't have an option to modify your order online, so I called and spoke with Donna, who was incredibly friendly and got me sorted quickly. This is by far their busiest season, and I really appreciated the kindness even though they weren't getting my business this time.If you do end up getting a ham or sides here, be sure to order ahead because there's a separate line for online orders and this comes in clutch the day before a big holiday.

For weeks my boyfriend was talking about how he wanted to order a ham from this business, but I was getting nervous as he waited to Tuesday to order the ham the week of Thanksgiving.We ordered the ham they sent a confirmation that it would be ready the day of at noon. Because I worked night shift I wasn't awake to pick up the ham but I can speak on how it tasted.OMG! So I had turned my nose up because I love to have pineapples and cherries and cloves on the ham (I'm a garnish snacker). But guys and gals the ham was amazing. Perfectly sweet and savory, pre sliced (for perfect next day sandwiches), melt in your month, and that sugar crust- delectable. If I wanted to, all I had to do was put the garnishes on and broil in oven real quick but honestly it didn't need anything. I think I'll be skipping on cooking ham for the foreseeable future LOL.S/N we had two hams at our celebration, everyone ate the other ham for plate 1 and 2. But took a few slices of this for the to-go plate. I'm so happy because we have this amazing ham for our leftovers.The picture is from the next day- missing quite a few slices- perfect size for our small gathering.

Always reliable, best if you reserve & pay in advance. The pre-pay pickup option is organized very well. Especially around the holidays. Lots of parking available, facility clean.

I ordered a 5lb ham for pick-up. When I went to pick up the ham today, the lady said they had no 5 lb ham so they offered me a 4 lb and some slices. This is not what I ordered or what I wanted. I would have appreciated a call in advance to tell me they did not have what I wanted. I also would've appreciated the manager at least coming out to talk to me about options. He refused to come out. Been going here for years. This will be my last time buying a ham from this location. Bad service and food is not what I paid for.

Wish I could leave no stars. Purchased a ham at 6 pm to take to my church function that began at 7. When removing the ham to place on the serving tray, I noticed something moving underneath the ham. I picked up the ham and there was a live roach underneath the ham. Needless to say I was horrified and embarrassed. Returned to the store the next day, explained what happened, and requested a refund. Received a refund but lack of care or concern that there was a roach in their food was surprising. I left my information for a manager to contact me. Still have not received a call from the manager.

We called the Colonial Dr. Honey Baked Ham outlet today, April 2, 2023, in the PM. We waited on the phone for over an hour and they never picked up. We never got a representative. That is so very pathetic. So, we are getting our Easter ham somewhere else. I doubt that we will ever buy from them again. They just don;'t seem to care.

I don't recommend working here as a seasonal employee. My husband worked there three weeks ago. He is still waiting for a paycheck after three weeks. Two weeks ago he was told he would receive a paycheck today by the manager Todd and Todd left today after he called to find out where his check was without ever telling him why he was not getting a check. I absolutely do not recommend working for this company as a seasonal employee if this is how they are going to treat their employees that are seasonal.
