Worst experience I've had at bar. For the location you'd think this place would be booming and have friendly staff. We came here today for their Valentines Day Justin Timberlake tribute. The food was served cold and the bar doesn't have anything. No sodas or club soda! So why the hell are you OPEN?! To bad I can't give this place a negative 5 stars. Totally ruined everyone's Valentine's Day.

All I can say is WOW for the location and reputation of the area this place is totally in the wrong location. Everything was horrible. Food, drinks and especially the service! Very rude! The bar wasn't busy they had 3 bartenders and they kept taking their sweet time and giving everyone attitude for no damn reason! If you can't handle working at the bar in a fast paced, tourist area then you don't need to be working here! People come here to spend money and have a good time and then boom your night is ruined because these people are mad that they have to work! Bye I don't have time for this nonsense. If you don't like your job go somewhere else. No need to be rude because you hate it. Especially they 2 female bartenders on 6/22/19 at the Green room bar. I will never be here again and will be spreading the word!!!!!

Such a cool and chill place. I've loved Tin Roof since it first open and when I found out they were opening The Green Room I couldn't wait to go. The atmosphere is great, they have all kinds of games and a huge bar and then a separate bar, so it can't ever get too crowded. They have a DJ, a nice stage for live music. They have outdoor seating and indoor seating. Just a cool spot to go to get out of the clubbing scene and just have a cool social hangout . Must go!

I visited The Green Room back in October 2019. Positives, my friend and I were greeted by the friendly bouncers. One of them decided to let us in for free and not pay for cover. We went to the bar area. I was starving and frustrated from waiting 2 hours for The Sugar Factory to get us seats. I wanted a meal and a drink ASAP! I asked the bartender for a margarita and they had two flavors--raspberry and regular. I had a regular frozen margarita that came from a slushee machine. Overall, it was a basic margarita. Nothing too special. I wanted a burger and asked for it well done with fries. I got my food in 20 minutes. When I bit into my burger, my friend saw that it was pink and red. I spit the burger out and asked the same bartender if I could get my food corrected. The bartender took my plate and a female waitress (or another bartender) made a snarky comment to the bartender "What is she talking about? It is well done!" The bartender replied, "Yeah I know." Last time I checked, pink and red isn't well done, but okay. It was rude for them to argue about my complaint and bash me in front of me. I was ready to leave. I was no longer interested in the food I already paid for in advance. A tall man, I guess the manager, saw my annoyance and came to me. He asked me what was wrong and I told him my burger wasn't cooked right. I appreciated them correcting it but his staff was rude to me. At first I asked for a refund, and the manager went on and on how it's complicated to get a refund back on my card. I worked in food service and I've processed many refunds. It's not rocket science. He was full of crap and I got more annoyed. I left my drink and walked out of the bar.The same bouncers asked me if I was okay and I told them what happened and they apologized for the poor service. Save your money and time. Go somewhere else.
