The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill - Orlando, FL - Lake Nona

This place is all things yum!! If you want something quick, nutritious, and filling then this is the place to go! My bowl was delicious and I couldn't get over at how good the meat tasted. I would definitely recommend the Greek bowl. The staff was very sweet and even accommodated their food because of my moms medications. They were very open to her restrictions. They were so friendly! The restaurant itself is also very clean and a nice open atmosphere. I would definitely come here again!

Food feels like home! Service was excellent and I am a repeat customer. My boys love going there and they are hard to please. It's a great choice and a great place to go to! I wish it was closer to my home!

Sadly one could only hope this place becomes more consistent. In a previous visit everything was amazing. This was not true for a Wednesday. From over cooked chicken then remade yet still overcooked chicken to the mediocre gyro. The pita was not even heated. One should avoid appetizers for they come out after the entrees. The hummus was good but again the pita was cold. The great Greek plate which comes usually with the meat cut was just a slab of meat. The staff are not as friendly as the weekend staff. Definitely will not return on a weekday. Perhaps on a weekend we will try again

We came in at 11:50ish and there was only one other party of two in there. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Staff wasn't rude but wasn't very helpful. We ordered the gyro plate with an added chicken skewer, which the gentleman behind the register kept trying to upcharge us for a whole meal instead of the add on price, and the last photo is how we left our meal. The gyro meat was so dried out and looked like it was left out all morning. The chicken was ok but dry and the salad pieces all had brown in them, it was not the dressing. The only think we enjoyed was the peta bread and Taziki sauce. We will not be returning.

It's been about 8-9 months since I've been to this location and I was truly disappointed with my experience today. I used to like their steak skewers. But today, our steak was just barely edible. It was somehow under and overcooked at the same time. The lemon potatoes were more like large wedges sitting in warm butter, no lemon. The girl who took our order was so sweet. And mentioned that they decreased the portion sizes, removed the salad that came with the entree, and lowered the overall prices. Best of luck to them but we won't be back.

Solid spot for a meal. It's a spacious establishment filled with amazing smells. Food is very yummy - our go to's are their salad, gyro or their platter with protein added on. They share parking with other businesses so there are usually a good amount of open spots. The service is relatively quick.

The first thing that prompted this review was the pleasant welcoming smile and remeanor of Kaleo. Once he took my order, he suggested the perfect plate for my wife. He then brought the food to us. The food was great and fresh. Kaleo then proceeded to check on us twice, as it it were a full service restaurant. Great food, excellent service and good atmosphere.

We did a group take out order. The food was fresh, good, traveled well and was more than enough. I recommend the salmon salad!!Order or go.

I love Gyros l! I really want to love this place b/c it is close to my house. I would eat there at least once a week. And have been really loyal and hopeful that they would improve. Been there prob. 25 times. 1 out of 6 times it's great - both food and service.But when it's bad it's horrible. Fires are ice cold, gyro meat is tough or amount is smaller than last time. Ask for no tomatoes - looks like they added more. Long wait and I'm the only one in the restaurant. Hate to say this but the problems always seem to accrue when it's just 'the kids' running the show. When either the owner or the older cook is in there he takes control and things are done right. There is another Greek place very close next to Publix with the exact problem. There is no consistency! Sad!

The restaurant is very clean. The service great and the food fantastic and fresh!!! The gyros are huge and delicious!
