Dare I review such a great Orlando gem and staple? The Glass Knife was the place my friend group went for special occasions in college, but years later it still stands the test. This is the place to go for birthdays, anniversaries, promotions, really anything. The restaurant was decked out for Valentine's Day, and we were seated in the dreamy plush booth to the side of the restaurant, which was perfect to show our out of town friends why we love this place!Weekend brunch offers everything from sweet to savory. I enjoyed the TGK Eggs Benedict and my partner the Biscuits & Gravy, both of which were rich and satisfying. Our friends had the Strawberry Lemon and Waffles and the Avocado & Egg Toast, both of which I heard (and have tried in the past) were amazing. The highlight, as always, was the dessert and drinks. My strawberry sangria was too good, and the French Tart was the perfect wake-up call. Our strawberry cheesecake heart and chocolate chip cookie (don't laugh, it's worth the hype) had to come home with us because we were so full. We will certainly be back (again and again)!

We love The Glass Knife. It feels like a scene for a Glam movie. Ambiance is just beautiful and decor is stunning, you can't help but stare and want to take photos inside. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating to our little ones. Me and my sister frequent here to discuss life, work etc and have had work meetings in the outdoor seating area. Food is delicious but definitely not for the big appetite foodies because you'll have to order a few entrees lol. Donuts and cakes are so delicious and again, stunning! I love this place so much !

I went to glass knife when I first moved to Orlando 8+ years agoBack then I was unimpressed with the vibe and the selection of dessertsI reluctantly agreed to meet a Friend there the other day and I was quite surprised and delighted with everything The drinks, the desserts, the service and the vibe were all outstanding (although the strawberry chocolate cream puff could use a little help in the "cream" department and could be a little more custardy)I have resisted going back over the years but I will definitely go back again and againIt was really enjoyable

Taste: 5/5Value: 4/5Ambiance: 5/5The Glass Knife offers beautifully crafted pastries, cakes, and desserts that are as delicious as they are stunning. They also offer a variety of breakfast options, sandwiches, and quiches, making it a great spot for weekend brunch. Food was tasty and beautifully prepared and our server was very friendly. The interior is sleek and modern, with a bright and inviting atmosphere. They offer both indoor and covered outdoor seating and dogs are welcome outdoors. They also have cute items for sale, I happened to pick up a puzzle on my visit.

Clean space, funky finds, beautiful tasty desserts, good service. Great space for a girls brunch or perhaps a date. Dog friendly! I met a friend here for brunch. I got the shakshuka and she got a sandwich with turkey I believe. She enjoyed it. She also got a cinnamon roll to go which she enjoyed.

I haven't' reviewed this place in five years. That's my statute of limitation, so here I am again. I came here one day after dinner to get some donuts. I heard this place had pretty good donuts. Ambiance is luxury-chic. You definitely feel fancy when you're inside, but in a chic way, like you should be holding a mimosa. Service was good. We did the counter service, but they were friendly. And at those counters were gobs and gobs of displayed desserts. Little cakes, donuts, whole cakes, various pastries. You'll want everything. The donuts themselves were pretty good. The PB&J was a work of art, complete with racing stripes down the middle. Just the right amount of jelly within, peanut brittle for perfect texture on top, a really good donut. The Cracker Jack one was a little bit of a let down. The Cracker Jacks and pretzel pieces it was adorned with got really soggy in the chocolate and cream they were stuck on, really killing the idea of the texture it was supposed to add. And on top of that, the salted caramel cream on top was lacking on the flavor, leaving the whole thing bland. So, to recap, PB&J amazing, Crack Jack leave it behind. I will still give this place five stars, because I have stopped in a few times over the past five years, and they always have given me five star experiences. This was honestly the first time it let me down. So please, come give them your business.

This past week my friends and I went to The Glass Knife for our book club and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was relaxing yet classy. The music added to that vibe. I had the Chocolate Big Wheel which was exactly as it sounds. :) I paired it with a Blood Orange Mimosa and the bubbles from the champagne paired well with the chocolate! The servers were quick and brought the food to the table after your order is placed at the counter. Highly recommend for a date night/girls night!

Pros: The ambiance is very luxurious. Everything is covered in glitter and gold. VIP booths. Perfect cakes staring back at you from display cases. Service is very prompt and doting. As for the donuts themselves, perfect. Not too little, not too much. Really nice, quality donuts.Cons: Not a single con. Some people might say price, but you do get what you pay for here.Tips: The donuts were really good, but if you're deciding between some, don't get any donuts were there are pretzels stuck on cream. The pretzels get really soggy and unpleasant.

Our server Sky was an absolute angel, she was super attentive and nice to talk to. Will definitely be back just for her. The food was great, and a 10/10 mimosa.
