We recently spent some time exploring the Oviedo area with our new baby. Oviedo on the Park is a beautiful area for a little stroll around the lake and to enjoy some fresh air. We wanted to grab dinner in the area after walking and we were happy to stumble upon The Food Factory which is just around the corner. This cute little food hall has 6-7 micro-restaurants plus a full bar, the Oviedo Park Pub. I hear they have a great happy hour, too! There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with lots of space for kiddos to run around. We decided to eat at Kai Asian Street Faire. We've been to Kai's original location, but it had been quite a few years. We got the Vietnamese garlic noodles with chicken, Korean crispy wings, and the egg rolls. The food came out quick and hot. Their crispy wings are always delicious!Some of the other eateries include Buttercrust Pizza, Grilled Cheezus, The Local Hen, The 1 Cantina, and Press Waffle Co. They also host special events and live entertainment on certain nights. Overall, they have a fun, family-friendly atmosphere and I look forward to going back soon!I'd also like to add that I appreciate them having clean restrooms with baby changing tables in BOTH the women's and men's restrooms with plenty of space to wheel in our stroller as well. Our baby decided to have his first public blowout while were were there, and the stall with the changing table in the women's room was occupied, so we ended up using the one in the men's room. It was definitely a two-person job to clean up that mess and having a stress-free environment made it much easier on us new parents, so thank you!

Love the venue! Outdoor courtyard. 8 indoor food stalls plus the pub. Just a fantastic setup. But... First thing we noticed is 3 of the 8 stalls are empty but one is coming soon (not that soon by the looks of construction.) Another is a waffle place which was closed with no hours posted. Then we looked at the street sign. 4 slots. One was empty. The other 3 had names of business that were no longer there. Welp. Not a good sign at all!Reading the reviews, sounds like they used to have a QR code at every table and you could order on your phone and they would bring it to you for a fee. I like that setup. Welp. That's gone. Now you go to each place and order and they will bring your food to you. Not terrible but the thought of sitting down and ordering food/drinks is gone.Finally we were here on a Friday at lunch. Should be busy. We were 1 of 3 tables at first and a few more trickled in.Overall a great concept but the neighborhood is not supporting this place at all. Not sure it will make it. I hope it does.

Such a cute food hall in Oviedo! The center Park Pub is such a big area to chill and enjoy a drink and all of the different food options available. We really loved the pizza! Service is always great. Dog friendly and family friendly!

This place has transformed like crazy the last few months, new ownership has really made this place a fresh and popping spot. The bar always has fun events and things going on, football watch parties and then the eateries have really dropped some new menu items that have been a huge hit. I'm here for the Sunday country brunch now at least twice a month. You gotta try those bagel bombs!

Great place for the Oviedo area! Decent food choices, the bar is amazing just want we needed in the area.Overall great for a family outing, date night or adult night out!

I came with a group of friends for trivia night and had a good experience. There is plenty of parking in the area. There are lots of cool vendors where you can get food and drinks. I ordered at the bar first. I got two happy hour priced drinks: the Tom Holland (a gin and cucumber situation) and a glass of white wine. Both were good. Service was attentive and nice. They have numbered seats and QR codes you can use to order and have food run out to you, but they let us know they were having issues with it and it would be best to just walk up to the vendors we wanted. I got the Buffalo chicken sandwich with truffle fries. The sandwich had great flavor and plenty of sauce. The fries were nice. I just wish they came with an aioli or something. Overall, trivia was fun, food and drinks were good, and we enjoyed our time. I would definitely come back!

We had a birthday get together here. It was really fun and the food was tasty . We really liked the pizzas from Buttercust. We also had nachos , tacos and wings . It was all brought out hot and fresh . The cocktails were excellent. I also really appreciate when they can make a nice fancy Virgin cocktail for a teen girl. She loved her lavender something. We enjoyed playing games at the table that we brought. Nice long space. I'd definitely go back again.

This is a cute venue with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor seats are cute and comfortable. You can order from any of the restaurants in this plaza. The servers were friendly, attentive and provided us with the menu and QR code for ordering. We came for the drinks and they had the football game playing on the big screen. This is a great spot to go to if you want to catch a game. I will definitely be back for food and drinks.

It was pretty cool checking out The Food Factory in Oviedo, FL. This is pretty close to Oviedo on the Park so it's in a nice convenient location.They will have 8 Microrestaurants and the hub(center) is the factory bar. When we were there, the pizza place - Buttercrust, The Local Hen, and The 1 Cantina were open. They will also be opening an Asian Spot called Kai, and Press Waffle Co. Three more eatery spots are available.The bar in the middle is a nice size and there is inside and outside seating. Definitely a cool spot in a very nice area and I'll definitely keep it in mind when back in town. It's also very dog friendly!
