The Energy Lab

I've been meaning to get to the Energy Lab for a while, but finally managed it today, after heading out to see if I could shake off excessive ennui.The shop is small, attached to a bike shop, but comfortable and attractive. The cappuccino was perfectly made, very smooth; it reminds me of some of my favorite NorCal coffee shops. The coffee seems to be from Onyx Coffee Lab in Arkansas--this makes the second place I've seen in this general area using them (the other is Filigree in Hamlin), which is surprising. But it's great coffee.Service was friendly and quick, although I'm the only customer here right now.

Interesting menu. Inspired theming. Epcot vibes! Walking distance to historic downtown Clermont and located right on the trailhead to the waterfront park.

This place was very cool. Great location with a beautiful lake view. Their menu is unique and everything seems homemade to include sauces they have for coffee. The only bummer thing was when we went they were out of the my top two I wanted to try! I went with a cherry bomb and it was great! Hopefully I'll be back in town to try the bourbon or Smokey maple.

The Energy Lab is marketed as a European style cafe and juice bar. They offer exclusive tea blends, unique Origin coffees and all natural smoothies & juices. They also have a small selection of baked goods. My espresso was made to order and it taste amazing. I definitely enjoyed it. The cherry blush is also very good. I don't think that there is a bad item on the menu. It's a wifi free zone so that you are encouraged to mingle with your neighbors instead of checking emails or texting. That's a great idea but the three times that I visited I was the only customer in the restaurant.

Cool coffee shop with awesome vibes. We got the smoky mocha and it was a unique tasting drink. There were chocolate/cocoa bits in there. The smoky flavor was faint which is great, because we don't particularly like overly smoky drinks. Overall, a pretty cool place with unique drink options. Make sure you check out their website before you decide to come hunker down for a work away from home vibe though.

Went there today for the first time. The coffee and juice my husband and I got were both good. First time I have had coffee with a leaf. Wonderful atmosphere and recommendations. We will be going back. Pardon my photo, my husband spilled my coffee a bit

What a great little coffee shop! Man, do looks deceive. At first you wouldn't think it was a coffee shop but thanks to Yelp, I realize it is a hidden gem.Came in on a Sunday and was surprised to see it empty only to find out they were closing shop an hour early due to the holiday (New Years) - oops !!! Even though we didn't realize it until our drinks were being made, the guys were super chill and not bothered that we were their last customers. With that being said, the guy at the counter was very chill and very informative on the coffee and product. I decided to get the Ethiopian Honey brewed coffee and Ethiopian coffee is very tasteful and strong. The way he brewed it was very like the starbucks clover machine and it was perfect so that one can get the full taste of the coffee bean and aroma. If you love coffee, for sure, you will love to try the different types of exotic coffee this cafe has to offer. If you come with a spouse, family and friend whom don't drink coffee, no worries, there's different options to chose from. My spouse got the sunshine smoothie and it was super fresh and delicious! I definitely recommend it. I want to go back to have some Ethiopian Banana bread coffee and enjoy it at the actual location during opening hours lol.

I'm new to the area and always looking for places to work to get out of the house. As a remote worker, I just live with the assumption that every coffee shop has wifi. Clearly, I should read more because it states it's "not good for working" right there in the profile.User error aside, it was a top tier coffee latte. Barista was kind. I was there around 11am in the middle of the week and it was calm/quiet.

It has a great vibe to come sit and relax while drinking your morning coffee or tea and having the calmness of looking at the lake at the same time .The staff so far have been very friendly and helpful with questions about the town.
