Obsessed is an understatement! This place is SO GOOD! The waitresses are hilarious and nice, and they have the largest and tastiest sweet tea you'll ever have. And they keep em coming! We were craving a regular cheeseburger, and happened to see this place had good recommendations. So glad we stopped in. It's a little in the cuts, behind the bridge leaving Sanford to head to Deland, and if you aren't paying attention you might miss it. But when you get there you're blown away by the quaintness of it, the gorgeous view, and true southern hospitality.The menu is extensive, and the boast that they have the best Philly in town (will have to try it), and they also serve breakfast all day on Sundays. Oh, I totally forgot to mention that some deity must supply the veggies cause they taste heaven sent. My bf that doesn't even like tomatoes commented about how fresh and tiny they were. We got two cheeseburgers, 2 fries, and 2 drinks for under $20. Can't be beat!

Good food, good service, and extremely reasonably priced. It's a bit off the beaten trail but worth the trip (it's fairly close to the Aldi's/BJs on rte 46 but down a side road) . It appeared to be a lot of boaters coming and going too. Friendly crowd with what appeared to be folks coming back from previous visits. The kitchen is small, and the place gets busy with diners and folks coming in for "to go" orders. So, pack your patience as the food, portions, and prices are worth the wait. The indoor dining area has about 6 tables and there are more tables outside, undercover, with ceiling fans. We had their burger, side salad and a breakfast burrito. We'll be back for more.

5 stars for the quick convenient to go order we placed. It was a BEAUTIFUL day to sit out on their porch and look out on the water We ordered a sausage egg and cheese on an english muffin with home fries. The sandwich was so hot and the egg was so fluffy! Not that fake egg in the carton which is huge deals to me. Picture doesn't do it Justice but if you want a quick little breakfast not a bad move. Paid $7.38 for this , good deal in my book

Super cute casual restaurant. Emphasis on the casual. Seat yourself and pay at the counter. Full of funny sarcastic signs and everyone working there has a sarcastic shirt on. We both had the breakfast burritos and they were FILLING! The side of biscuits and gravy were good too. We came across it randomly, but it is so clear that this will be such a fun place to go for dinner/drinks. Next time we are I. Sanford, we will be back!

Haven't had the double cheese in a long time and wow it was cooked perfectly. Fries for a change was large and cooked just the way I like.

Great Philly cheesesteaks! ...and I love their potato salad - would definitely go back!

Definitely our new spot when boating on the St. John's / Lake Monroe. Our server was so nice and welcoming, the food was fairly priced and DELICIOUS. Hubs got the chicken philly w tots, which I of course stole a bite of and it had amazing flavor and the tots were perfect, not greasy but great crunch. I had the BLT and it was full of bacon, perfect ratio of lettuce + tomato. We will absolutely be back often!

The best Philly cheese steak I've ever had! The bread is amazing. I recommend getting a side of the au gus sauce. Such a hidden gem.

Sherri the best waitress in Sanford recommended the egg salad sandwich- it's made to order and will remind you of moms! The view nice with a screened in porch to keep the bugs out or under a patio. It's homey, delish and very reasonably priced. If your looking for a local restaurant to support - this is a great choice!
