The Chesapeake Bay Grille

2 weeks before Christmas may be the wrong time to try a restaurant. We were there for a Christmas party. Our menu was limited and orders were placed in advance. My wife and I each ordered the salmon. Others at the table had filet or chicken or a pasta dish. There were a few glitches, mostly due to miscommunication. My salad and entree had to be returned when the dairy was not excluded. But both were delicious after being corrected. One diner at our table received a filet that was over cooked. His was also replaced and he was satisfied. Drinks were well made. My Manhattan seemed especially strong. We liked the comfortably elegant atmosphere. We will return in January to order from the full menu, hopefully at a less busy time. I'd like to try sitting at the bar.

Located in gated, age restricted community of Arlington Ridge.SERVICE: 5 STARS Harmony did great. Wife was unfamiliar with the Elton John song of the same name so I Spotified it after we left.AMBIENCE: 4 STARS Country club sort of atmosphere.BURGER / FRIES / COLESLAW: 4.25 STARS Nicely charred. The coleslaw was above average, I suspect they make it themselves.FRENCH TOAST / BACON: 4.5 STARS Yummy, and thick bacon cooked just right.VALUE: 4 STARS Nice prices, not this " market price" nonsense that is starting to pop up everywhere, and not for seafood either.

Great atmosphere to have a refreshing drink and fulfilling food after playing a terrific golf course, Arlington Ridge Golf Course. Dawn, our server, was on the spot with our drinks and refills after an exhausting round of golf in the hot Florida sun. The Ruben sandwich was delicious & the cheeseburger was hot and fresh. Looking forward to returning next week.

Great place!! Good and service is excellent! I would recommend. I have heard the Prime Rob is excellent

There pot pie is the best , I enjoy there fried and cheese burger is always good , my grandchildren like there chicken tenders , bar service is always good

Not a good night out at The Chesapeake Bay Grille. So mom ordered the BLT and I ordered the "Meat Lover's Pizza. After approximately 15 minutes or so, our waitress advised that there was an issue with the pizza and "it wasn't cooked all the way through." At that point I told her to disregard attempting another pizza and indicated that I would have another selection. The food quality was good, no issues there. Upon completing supper, we requested a carryout container along with the check. After a considerable amount of time, in which I didn't observe our server, I flagged down another restaurant employee to inquire as to her whereabouts. The employee had me describe her appearance and said she would go find her.Our server appeared a short time later with the carryout box, and described the dessert selections (pumpkin cheesecake and brownie ala mode). We both declined dessert and requested the check. Moments later I was given the check and observed a charge for brownie ala mode. I raced around the bar, as well as the adjoining restaurant to find our waitress. Once located, I alerted her to the charge. She took my copy of the bill to the computer, had another one spit out, which I signed. No apology, regrets for the added charge appearing on there, zilch. Needless to say, after settling up, we were on our way with no desire to return, at least anytime soon.

The food and atmosphere is always good, staff attentive, place is so nice and clean, with a choice of outdoor dining experience . Love their choice of salad as we like the cob salad made just the right way.

The food was great, Phiily cheese steak and Rubin were the best in Central Florida. I would like more traditional seafood options from the Chesapeake Bay area. Blue crab, fish, shrimp, and other options would be nice.

The food, service and ambiance is wonderful at the Arlington Ridge Restaurant. We have been there several times and are NEVER disappointed in any aspect of our visit. It is really becoming a regular fine choice at reasonable prices.

Prime Rib was dry, no aus jus , veggies over cooked, mashed potatoes runny. GM rude and disrespectful. Offered nothing but excuses instead of solution and got loud and obnoxious when he said he was told that we called him a name....really...are you 4!?!? YOU are a manager....very sad! not recommended! Manager ruined our visit!!!
