They've only been open a month. We stopped in for an early dinner. The food was really really good. I had the Caesar salad and lobster flatbread, my friend had the brisket burger and ahi tuna. The service was also great our server Emily was very knowledgeable, had great recommendations, and was attentive without being overbearing. The decor is BEAUTIFUL. I was even in love with the restrooms. I definitely see this place being a winter park staple. The chef and manager also stopped by our table both were super friendly and gave us some good info. We were told they will begin serving lunch and opening at 11 am in the upcoming weeks.

We had a nice dinner and bar experience. Ambiance was comfortable and lively without being loud. Wine list had some nice selections. The Lion's Maine appetizer was great. Entrees fell short (pappardelle and the fish.) They just seemed a bit bland.Overall we still had a nice experience but felt there was definitely room for improvement for the price.

Let's start with the good the service was excellentThe drinks were good The bang bang mushrooms were solid The Wagyu steak was perfectly medium as requested The place was well decorated The Parpadelle mushroom main was good The tuna two ways was not to my liking My only real complaint is that I made the reservation over a month in advance and originally we were trying to get a reservation for our anniversary in January but they were unavailable this week. We pushed it to Valentine's Day however they did not acknowledge this and were going to seat us in the middle of the entranceway where everyone was dressed quite casually instead of a romantic booth or anything of that nature...we were Offered an alternative table tucked away which was neither in the main dining area or the back room.

So so impressed with this new restaurant on Park Avenue! First of all, the restaurant is HUGE with plenty of indoor and outdoor tables, booths, a beautiful bar, lounge style seating by the bar, and a private back room that would be perfect for events. They transformed the space so beautifully with old Florida paintings but modern fixtures. Our waitress Leann was an absolute gem. She was so friendly, knowledgeable about the menu even though it is very new, and kind to our table. The service was ON IT with clean plates and beautiful serving wear even down to the drink cups. Now most importantly, the food matched everything said above. Usually trying a place so close to opening the staff is still working out kinks but not here. The food was all hot and incredible. The pappardelle you could tell was fresh made noodles and was a pasta unlike any I've ever had. The steak was perfectly cooked and presented beautifully. All the sides were large portioned and so fresh and delicious. They explained that almost all the ingredients are locally grown and it shows. I cannot wait to go back definitely go check them out!!

I was able to snag a spot right on park ave but they do have a garage around the corner that's close by. From entrance to bathroom, the atmosphere is upscale and inviting. We had appetizers, a meal, drinks and dessert. Everything was phenomenal. The staff was super busy but very attentive. They all work as a team and make sure each table is treated with care. The patrons were some of the friendliest strangers I've encountered. We sat in the lounge area by the bar and interacted with Random people who were all just as impressed as we were. I'm looking forward to returning soon and going down the menu to try something new.

Visited the Chapman for Valentine's Day. We couldn't get a reservation until 9:30 but boy was it worth the wait. Such a beautiful restaurant with cool historical touches. Our server was incredible. The food even better. The raviolo and bread service was Devine. The chicken dish was just as amazing as the steak. The citrus touches throughout the meal was a lovely Florida touch. We will be back and are excited to try brunch and the bar!

My husband treated me to a beautiful Valentine's dinner at this restaurant, and we had an unforgettable experience. We decided to sit outside to soak in the lovely weather and shared a bottle of wine, which was the perfect touch. To start, we enjoyed the Caesar Salad, followed by the Goat Cheese Raviolo, Rib-Eye, and Roasted Local Mushrooms. Every dish was absolutely delicious, and we couldn't get enough! Each bite was better than the last. We'll definitely be ordering these dishes again next time. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

We came in on opening night for drinks and had an incredible experience! The entire restaurant and bar are gorgeous! They did a fabulous job. The aesthetic is modern, but warm and inviting. Even the bathrooms are stunning. Service was fantastic! We were greeted and seated immediately. To drink, I got the Coco Dancer 16. It was refreshing, well balanced, and gorgeous. I loved the light coconut flavor. My friend got the Florida 75. It had a creamsicle flavor without being too sweet. Our bar tender even added a flower to my drink because she heard me say I loved the one that came with my friend's drink. This was truly a magical experience and I'm excited to come back. This is a great addition to Park Ave.
