The Caboose Bar

Went for a test run on Sunday afternoon. It's certainly not an overly popular joint. It's a neighborhood type of joint. We could call it a dive bar but it really is a step above. It clean. Has nice staff and patrons. But it is the food. Much better than expected. I tried the recommended mozzarella sticks and fish n chips. I'm leaving pleasantly surprised. Control you expectations and I'm sure you will be pleased.

We stopped in here for a drink not expecting to get food. By the time we played some darts and had a few, we decided to try the food. We were pleasantly surprised as it is a dive bar. We got the wings, steak sandwich, Mac n cheese, boiled peanuts and have no complaints on anything. It was all great, our bartender was amazing and kind and helpful with suggestions. They have plenty of games to play and entertain including a stripper pole ;p They do smoke inside so that's something to keep in mind but it didn't really bother us. Everything was reasonably priced and we will be back :)

My husband I decided to stop in last night and ordered their margaritas on special. These were the WORST margaritas we've ever had. They were salty. The bartender never checked in on us. The vibe was very odd here. We of course left a good tip and nearly full drinks.

In town for conference and had dinner at the Caboose in the restaurant side and food was great. I had the flatbread pizza- damn good. Wife had the wings and they were cooked crispy. Other couple had the burger- cooked to order- his wife had Chefs Salad and said it was amazing because they use Boars Head meat/cheese. We went next door and bartender was cool- mostly locals - and drank. Drinks reasonably priced and good atmosphere. Heads up: it is a smoking bar (but we didn't find it smoky)

This place seems like it might usually be okay. Just a standard divey place. Nothing super special about it except decently priced alcohol. But there's something wrong with the music. I was in last night and Two Princes by The Spin Doctors came on the jukebox three times in a row and then again 20 minutes later. No one wants to hear that song. Not ever. Certainly not four times a night. Wish I could rate this place higher, but ONE STAR PER PRINCE.

If you are looking for a dive bar in the Loch Haven area, look no further. We came here for a drink before the Fringe Festival on a Saturday night.They have cheap drinks, great bartenders and a pool table. What more could you ask for. The one thing I don't love, and therefore only earning 5 stars is that their is smoking both inside and out. Also, I was a bit disappointed to find out that they stopped serving food a few weeks ago..bummmer!Looking forward to coming back on other themed nights.#Yelp100

The food and service is better than expected and mind blowing. 10/10 recommend. Experience it for yourself. You won't be disappointed :)

For awesome Fish & Chips, this is the joint!They rival Willee's Tavern in Pgh PA....Frank can make that Carp Yummy!

They've got karaoke every Wednesday at 9pm night now, as well as Trivia every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month. Come see Britt, Leanne, and Shannon, the best bartenders in Orlando. Don't forget to try the hot garlic wings and the cheesesteak!
