Visited at 5pm hoping for happy hour and was disappointed to find out their happy hour was 2-5. No problem, we opted to sit on the patio and ordered a couple glasses of Sauvignon Blanc and some french fries to snack on. Wine took nearly 15 minutes to arrive and pours were generous, but arrived very warm. I also strongly suspect they swapped out the New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc (my go to) we ordered for a California Sauvignon Blanc. French fries took almost 25 minutes. We were with our two young children and checked out the kids menu, but $17 for sliders and French fries is absolutely outrageous, even for Park Avenue. The restaurant was quite empty - yet service was slow and awkward. At one point we could see the server/bartender (?) texting on her phone at the bar as we were waiting for our second warm glass. She was pleasant and kind (and patient with our little ones) but very slow and didn't seem trained well at all. We will likely not return.
