Very rarely does a place offer good atmosphere good food and great beer options. This hidden away establishment is truly a gem and you won't likely happen upon it as it sits in the back of the shopping center.Has indoor and outdoor covered seating with a large bar insideFood options varied and way above the average restaraunt quality and taste and certainly not just bar food.

If you're a Pumpkin Spice lover you HAVE to go try the cider at Brass Tap. Make sure you ask for the cinnamon sugar rim! :D

My family and I came here for happy hour one day. I have heard great things about this place and I have been wanting to try it for a while. They have a pretty good happy hour with prices ranging from $5 to $11. I had the burger and fries for $11 and the house wine for $6. The burger was cooked perfectly I didn't even have to tell them well done. The meat was fully cooked without being burnt. The white wine was good as well. Definitely no complaints and I will come back with these prices. They have deals all throughout the week as well. It's rare to find a place with good prices and great food this is definitely a gem in Orlando!

I love going to The Brass Tap. It's a great local place with amazing beers and delicious food. I'm obsessed with their nachos. They also have weekly specials and events. One of my favorites.

I come here pretty frequently. It's easy to just stop in for a drink or food, but u typically attend for special events. They hold weekly trivia nights and run a monthly book club. The workers are all very kind and the ambiance is friendly. The frequently changing beer selection is what keeps me coming back. I'll try a cocktail every once in a while but I enjoy trying different items in my preferred beer category. The variety in types in both drafts and cans is quite impressive.

Don't really ever have an issue coming here. They're super consistent and I know what to expect with nearly everything I order. That's rare. Don't switch it up.

This is a fantastic spot in the Waterford Lakes Towncenter for beer lovers and sports fans alike! The rotating selection of craft beers is extensive, featuring local brews, ciders, and sours, making it a great place to discover new flavors. They also have plenty of cocktail options for those who prefer something different. The staff is knowledgeable and always ready to recommend the perfect drink to suit your taste. Plus, the specials on drinks and food are a nice bonus! The atmosphere is lively and inviting, perfect for casual nights out, gathering with friends to watch a game, or joining in on their fun trivia nights and book club events. Whether you're a beer connoisseur or just looking for a fun place to unwind, I highly recommend Brass Tap!

While the happy hour is such a great deal that makes me want to come back forever, the service could use a lot if TLC. My server was lacking knowledge in just about everything related to the restaurant, which I normally don't care about, but you should know whats in a drink or meal? I like the vibe of the restaurant and they definitely played great music so I would return.

TL;DR: Great draught AND cocktail selections, pretty good food, friendly and knowledgeable staff (for drink ordering purposes), right next door to Big Bad Wolf BBQ, ample parking, lots of seating (between the inside and outside in the dog-friendly breezeway).I've been coming here from time to time over the past few years, and I've never had a bad experience. The staff can always provide plenty of suggestions if you tell them what kind of drink or flavor palette you're in the mood for. The interior is somewhat limited in size with soft lighting, and it normally isn't too loud for conservation. That being said, if it ever IS too loud for conversation, you have the option to sit outside in the covered breezeway ("The Porch") and Brass Tap staff will happily take your orders out there as well. The breezeway is also dog-friendly in case you want to bring your furry freeloader along. Because of the location of Brass Tap, parking immediately in front of the building is limited, but the parking lot beyond is vast enough that you can always find parking.And now for the most important part of the review: the food and drinks. We've gotten food here a few times and it's actually pretty good, especially for what is primarily a bar. Brass Tap features rotating taps as well as cocktails, and also features seasonal and monthly beers and cocktails. This most recent trip here I ordered the spicy margarita and the Island Rum Old Fashioned. The spicy margarita was good, but not as spicy as I usually prefer (I like my spicy margaritas extra spicy). The Island Rum Old Fashioned was very good and had a definite tiki flavor to it (very sweet and rum-forward).Also worth noting that Brass Tap is conveniently located about 10 feet away from Big Bad Wolf BBQ (just across the breezeway), so if you're in the mood for BBQ instead of bar food, you can order some BBQ and then eat and order drinks at Brass Tap.Brass Tap is definitely worth checking out in you're in the area and need refreshments before and/or after a movie!
