Enjoy the updated interior a with a modern look and brighter. I tried the Tropical Paradise (strawberry, mango & banana) which is very viscous and think with just the right amount of sweetness. The mango stands out with a hint of the strawberry. Definitely hit the spot after being outside all day.

Customer service was great! Super friendly and helpful. My Florida Sunshine was refreshing on this hot day and delicious. A little on the sweet side for me. If I could reduce the sweetness, it would have been perfect youcan really taste the mango, lychee, and pineapple in the drink. My son got the regular milk tea. He didn't like it. The boba was soft and good. But the milk tea itself he didn't care for. That is his usualy go to for boba drinks. I am lactose intolerant so I didn't try his. I love that they mark on their on their wall menu which have dairy in them and you can substitute the milk for oat or almond. They have a good variety of stuff. The store was clean and well kept. There are tables inside for sitting indoor to get out of the heat. They sell macaroons too, but I wasn't hungry so it was just the drink for me. They looked good though. Since I was planning on having AYCE for dinner so I didn't want to spoil my appetite. If I lived here, I would come back regularly.

I lived in Orlando for 20 plus years. In that time I have seen this location change names and interior design 3 times, but one thing that has not changed is the consistency and quality of their boba tea's. I was in town after several years and was craving my favorite Tarocado (taro+avocado) smoothie with boba. It was just as delicious as I remember it being. I'm so glad they made it through Covid and highly recommend a visit if you're in Orlando!

Formerly The Chewy Boba Company. The menu is now severely reduced from before. Decor is different as well. Staff seemed less friendly than previously. I used to really enjoy the taro options, especially the option to do half taro and half something else (I usually did half papaya or half vanilla) as taro can just be an overwhelming flavor for me. The reduced menu makes this extremely difficult. Hopefully it's just supply issues for now and it will be back to more options soon. The seasonal Pumpkin Pie Spice option I had tasted fairly close to the old chai option, so I see no reason that shouldn't still be on the menu (and was disappointing to me because it was so close to something from before- great spice flavor, but zero pumpkin). Overall, not up to par from before.

Formerly known as Chewy Boba Company, they don't honor the Yelp check in offer since the name changed.Service was great. Really appreciated the enthusiasm in informing us about different flavors, etc.Drinks were good. Popping Boba, regular Boba, and sweetness levels were good for all our drinks.Plenty of parking available.Located next to subway.Bathrooms all the way to the back.Table and chair seating available.

This has been my go to boba places for a while. Though I wouldn't drive out of my way for it, if I'm ever in the area, I'll always stop by. My favorite has always been the chocolate milk tea. Ever since the ownership change, it has been upgraded a lot. A lot of new drinks as well, I just never branched out to try those. Very modern on the inside and always fast service.

I've been here once before, great experience then today not so much. We ordered two drinks, with boba. Total was $14.98 after about 10 mins of ordering we were told that there only was enough boba for one of our drinks. So we said we'll just get a refund for one of the drinks and just take one. The girl helping us said that was fine and went back to make the other one. When she came out she placed the cup in the machine to close it and accidentally dipped her hand in the drink. We saw it and she just went and wiped her hand then wanted to continue closing the drink to give it to me. So we told her it's okay and we'll just take a refund of the whole thing, because now there was no available boba. It seemed very unprofessional that she was wanted to still serve me the drink that she put her hands with no gloves in.

Ok so I'm doing a boba tea adventures because another place I've tried was not so great. I always choose a brown sugar milk tea first. That's what I ordered today here..DELICIOUS!!! It hit all my milk tea boba spots. I'm used to my pearls being a bit bigger but that's not complain worthy because of the taste!!The second cup was a Carmel i got for a friend I tried it and loved that one as well. It does get busy quickly. Be patient with the young ladies it only two of them and they're hiring. This is definitely a revisit. Chewy boba and this place is one and the same .... I loved the aesthetics of this place! Super cute! The classic milk tea base had a yummy taste, but I didn't like the consistency of the egg custard (lacking smoothness, a little clumpy) or the taro boba (more of a jelly without the depth of flavor that the taro usually brings). The cheese foam didn't taste like much when compared to other boba places I've been to, so it didn't contrast the sweetness of the tea base like I wanted it to. It's consistency was more liquid than I would like, so it just blended with the drink instead of layering. My friend ordered a fruity drink with kiwi jellies, and it was a good combo, so maybe it is more of a hit or miss place.
