That One Spot Burger

Really wanted to love it. Great service. Burger didn't quite measure to our favorites (Shake Shack, Cow N Cheese). Fries are fresh but soggy, not crispy. Wish them all the best. West Orlando needs to continue to grow!

Came here with my Mom and my sister's family a while back, after a nearby gymnastics competition, and we were all jonesing for a burger. No one else there, but the owner / chef was eager to serve us and helped everyone choose the burger that best suited their tastes.I ordered the gouda bacon cheeseburger with a side of onion rings. Everything is fresh made, so there was a bit of wait as he prepared meals for all six of us, but it was worth it! My burger came piled high with a freshly grilled beef patty topped with two slices of bacon, caramelized onions, tomato, lettuce, a couple of onion rings, horseradish sauce and melted gouda cheese on a brioche bun. I'm not always a fan of brioche buns for a burger as they tend to fall apart, but his held up well to all the overflowing toppings. The onion rings were super-crispy and I also got to try their fries which were a tad undercooked, but tasty overall. Make sure to ask for the "That One" sauce for dipping your sides in...kinda like the bloomin' onion sauce you'd get at Outback. Delish!We had a solid meal here, would definitely return if in the area again.

2025 update:Been coming here periodically and the business has gone through a couple of closures and reopenings for reasons I'm not sure. But everytime we go, I'm always impressed by the tasty burgers they have. It has that great flame broiled taste and nicely seasoned. I love that they still have the Mac and cheese and my kiddos love it. Service is always friendly. The fries are also amazing! One small critique is the buns... although toasted in the middle, the exterior is cold cold. Not sure how that happens but caught me off guard when the burger is piping hot.Overall, I'll continue to support them as long they continue slinging those delicious burgers

Absolutely devastated to learn that That One Spot has removed not just one, but both of their veggie burgers from their menu. This used to be my favorite burger spot. I used to dream about their spinach patty (see previous review). I would even understand if they decided to consolidate their menu and needed to axe one of the two burgers, but BOTH? It also doesn't look like they consolidated any of their meat options, so it's just a baffling decision.Now there is absolutely nothing on the menu for a vegetarian (other than fries), so sadly, despite my former love for this place, I won't be back unless a miracle happens.

One thing I can say about this place is consistency! I don't know what took me so long to do a review as I have been here a few times, and the burgers never disappoint. I was able to come with a group and get their opinion about their orders to give a full detailed review everything is cooked to order burgers are juicy, not dry ingredients fresh, and the sauces are amazing, the fries and onion rings are crunchy not greasy everyone thoroughly enjoyed their order, the owner came out to greet us. Great customer service great cooks great food you definitely want to check this place out. The inside could use a little bit of a manicure but as long as the food is good, it's good!

OMG! This place was my FAVORITE for the longest time - I was eating here at least 4 times a week. I came back after it was remodeled and it was not the same. The new owners drove me away because the food quality wasn't the same. I happened to stop by today to give this place another try and the prior owners are BACK! YAAAAY! I'll be back again, probably back to 4 times a week.

Honestly, for a little hole in the wall this place was fantastic. Upon arriving the staff wasn't to friendly (except the cook who greeted us when we walked in) but the food made up for it. The burgers are thick and juicy, the fries are crispy and salty, and the onion rings had the right amount of breading to onion ratio. This is probably one of the best burgers I've had in a while.

Nice little neighborhood gem. My wife, son and I had burgers here and they were nicely seasoned and prepared. Well cooked but juicy and the hand cut fries are to die for. My wife had That One Burger and she loved That Sauce so much she asked for extra to dip the fries. This will be on our short list of places for a quick meal. We'll be back!!

Shoutout to the staff! They were super nice and friendly and super accommodating even though there were a ton of orders. Unfortunately, they really need new management or I don't see things going well. The fries and onion rings were super good and fresh and the burgers were okay, but all could have done without the ranch-y "horseradish" sauce (not spicy or that flavor whatsoever)I don't think we'll be back for the food but the workers were good.

Cute little burger place! Burgers were made fresh to order and so good. Black bean burger was house made, full of flavor. It has limited seating, but take out is a great option if it is full. Great service, good food, definitely recommend.
