Terrace Grille Lakeland

Didn't feel like going out due to the Christmas Parade and all the people so I stayed in and ate at the hotel. I opted for the ribeye with the broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes. Steak was ok. Cooked to order. Large selection of adult beverages. The old fashions were decent. Decor is old school grand and very neat. Love the history of the Terrace. They have done a great restoration job. Service was awesome. She managed to convince me to try desert. It was a chocolate mouse. It was dense and not the best but she was extremely friendly.

Ambiance: GREATService: OKFood: HORRIBLE!I specifically asked for my eggs to be softly scrambled so as not to have any burnt undersides or edges, and they literally cooked it the exact opposite of what I asked for. Nice and burnt.. Lol. Turkey Sausage Patties were ok. The hash browns however were delicious. All in all a lackluster meal.

Eggs Benedict and exceptional service! A shout out to the Terrace grille chef that can consistently make the perfect Eggs Benedict. Not an easy task! On 5 separate occasions over the past 3 months it's been perfect every time, well seasoned, with runny beautiful golden yolks.Exceptional Service. All of the staff and servers are friendly and helpful. Alexis which has served us several times is delightful and attentive. One server, Mylik rises to the top. Having served me the last three of the last five breakfast visits, he impressed me by recalling my previous visit there with my friend. Which we had a laugh about. In a town where "no, we can't do that" is the norm, Mylik always says "yes"! Sure we can do that. Or, let me see what I can do. Which is shocking! His attention to detail, for example, bringing us a second round of chilled glasses for our bottle of champagne, and making thoughtful suggestions that enhanced our dining experience is something that does not go unnoticed. He is able to anticipate the needs of guests by thinking outside the box making Mylik a true asset to The Terrace Grille.

Decent brunch with friends. Pretty tasty waygu burger with Gruyère and caramelized onions. Yummy "tropical" crème brûlée (vanilla with fruit). Our server was very sweet and competent. The place is huge with mile high ceilings.

Breakfast was delicious and the service is absolutely amazing. The ambiance is just gorgeous and they were so kind and made my birthday so so special.

In town for a wedding and this place was in the hotel we are staying at. Beautiful location and the food was amazing as well. There was just two people in our party and we opted for a steak sandwich and a tarragon chicken salad sandwich. The steak on the steak sandwich is cut soo when you went to take a bite, the entire sandwich kind of came apart. The chicken salad was good, but there were moments where it was over powering on the tarragon. The fries were excellent and cooked and seasoned perfectly! There is parking across from the hotel that is metered.

Very classy and upscale dining. Beautiful dining area and many amazing offerings. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. It is an upscale restaurant so do not expect a small check. I would recommend this restaurant for a special celebration or if you just need an incredibly delicious high end night out. I've never seen them turn away a customer but please dress appropriately for a dinner here.

Lovely dinner at The Terrace Grille. This Cacio e Pepe was wonderful. The service was pleasant and the atmosphere as always was well done. It is one of the most, if not the most, expensive places in Lakeland to eat but for a special occasion it's a very nice experience.

This hotel restaurant is exquisite. We went on a Friday night and made reservations but it was still pretty empty at 5:30 and began to fill up by the end of our dinner. All the food and drinks were superb, as was the service. The space is beautiful. 5 stars all around!

We had reservations for lunch today. The host set up our table and as we (4 couples) were being seated we were told that any party over 6 you get one check and must figure it out for ourselves. We asked to talk to the manager as none of us in our 70's have ever dined at a restaurant and told that. The waiter came back and said the manager said he would allow 3 checks split equally. We asked to speak to the manager, sat there waiting he never came out. We got up and left. We had a wonderful meal elsewhere, great service, no problem with 4 checks ..fantastic waiter. Terrace Grille needs training on how to treat customer's. The arrogant, snarky treatment we received is totally unacceptable. We were in town for The Lake Mirror Classic Car show.
