The speed, we got seated within a min and the food was on the table within 5 min, most of the time was taken up by us trying to figure out what to order. The broth for the noodle was hoooot and delicious. There was plenty of noodles and topping. The ingredients are fresh and skyline good quality. Price is very reasonable and we were in and out within 25 mins. Very happy with the experience.

Wonderful food. The original soup tastes really good, especially in a chilly evening. Quiet environment and friendly service. My favorite is the mushroom soup and original soup.

I loved it so much, the food was great and the employees are so nice. To elaborate, they forgot to leave out the egg of a dish, and when the employee found out, he felt with it very well. He apologize, said we could keep the food, and brought back the 2.0 with no extra charge. There were music videos playing on the Tv because of Chinese new year, and there was a warmth to the resturant. All around a great place, hidden gem, highly recommend.

Authentic Chinese flavors! I lived in China for over a year just a few years back, and have been hard pressed to find restaurants that use the authentic spices to which I'd become accustomed overseas. It probably help that they are next door to Enson's market, but the flavors really hit nostalgia. They present the friendly hospitality I had grown used to in the Mainland, making recommendations and not pressing for tips (no tipping in China). The real marker for the authenticity is the prevalence of Zongwen spoken among the other patrons. The interior is nice, clean, and cozy. I tried the beef flank rice noodles, Ramen, fried rice, Takoyaki, and lamb skewers. All very good. My favorite was the rice noodle broth, it includes a quail egg, tofu skin, corn and other veggies.

Instead of little dishes presented on the side, I was served one giant bowl with everything already dumped inside. The soup mostly contained noodles and a lot of fish (which I did not know I was getting because it was not listed in the menu). The broth itself was tasty but that was it.
