Tangerine

My mom and I were in the area this afternoon and we decided to stop at swan reserve at the outdoor pool bar tangerine to get a cocktail. I got the Almafi pollinator, with gin, honey, lemon juice on ice. It comes on top with a dried lemon slice dusted in silver glitter. The outside pool bar area the chairs are very comfy, they have enough seats at the bar and enough seats with tables for food and drinks if you have a larger party. I'm assuming when it gets colder they light up the heaters. It is very quiet outside you can't even hear the noise on world drive. The outside has a lot of cooling colors such as light gray, charcoal, dusty blue and white. They have planters hanging around the bar that look like the haves of tangerine oranges. Today at we had a Miguel as our bartender. He was awfully kind to toss my drink in between 2 cups because I can't use shared equipment because of my food allergies. He was quick and kind! This bar is called a tangerine it is the pool bar outside of the swan reserve. You can get to the swan reserve if you park at the swan or the dolphin. Parking is $30. 10/10 Definitely recommend

Tangerine, located at the Swan Reserve Resort, is definitely one of the better poolside bar & restaurant experiences I've had at a hotel. I've never really been impressed by the food I've gotten at a poolside restaurant, but that is not the case at Tangerine and the service was top-notch. We started our stay with lunch by the pool and ordered some frozen drinks because staycation -- DUH. I was happy to see that all their frozen libations could be made without alcohol for us pregnant girlies. I started with the NA mango daiquiri and my husband went with their signature orange crush. Both were refreshing and delicious on a hot day to kick off our little vacay.The menu is inspired by the Mediterranean flavors & dishes served at the hotel's main restaurant, Amare. For lunch, our server recommended the grilled mahi-mahi sandwich and the La Amare flatbread. I was actually blown away by how good that flatbread was. The ingredients were unique for a pizza and sounded like an interesting combo (leek, potato, lardon, gruyère cheese, & roasted black pepper), but it all worked perfectly together. Not to mention, the cheesy crust was amazing and I ate every last bite. I would go back just for this flatbread alone.The mahi sandwich was huge and the fillet itself was flavorful and cooked just right, served on a ciabatta bun with Spanish caper emulsion and a side of seasoned fries. My husband said it was one of the best fish sandwiches he's ever had. We did not initially have high expectations for Tangerine, but we were super impressed with our meal and the poolside service.

Tangerine was across the street from the resort we stayed at. The rooftop, poolside bar had spunky waiters with a fun mix of drinks. We laughed a lot and thoroughly enjoyed their specialty drinks.

Wonderful outdoor space. Plenty of shade and sun options. Delicious flatbread. Service was stellar. Jacklyn and Austin do a great job making sure everyone on the patio has what they need. Highly recommended for a casual outdoor meal.

This was our favorite bar at Swan Reserve. Austin was great and brought our drinks to us poolside. We had several orange crushes and tangerine whips throughout our trip. The Tangerine Whip was amazing!!
