Fantastic Tacos, Great Value!Tacos Express in Orlando is an absolute gem, especially for those post-gym cravings. I swung by here after a workout session, and boy, was I in for a treat!Let's talk about the tacos first. They're massive, and at $2.50 each, you're getting a bang for your buck. I ordered four, thinking I could handle them all, but two was more than enough. Each taco boasted a generous 8oz of meat, and the flavor was on point. Whether you opt for the carne asada or chicken, you won't be disappointed. Plus, they're thoughtful about those watching their carbs - just one corn tortilla per taco. But the goodness doesn't stop there. With your tacos, you get a free basket of chips and salsa. It's the little things like this that make the experience delightful. And the best part? Even after indulging in tacos and sides, you'll still likely walk out spending under $10. That's a steal considering the quality and quantity of food you're getting.Their menu is extensive, and I can't wait to explore more of it. The ambiance inside surprised me; the hand-carved and painted wooden booths gave off vibes of a high-end Mexican restaurant. There's plenty of dining space, so you can comfortably enjoy your meal without feeling cramped.Overall, Tacos Express exceeded my expectations. Delicious food, great value, and a welcoming atmosphere - what more could you ask for? I'll definitely be back to try out more of their offerings. Highly recommended!

The food was absolutely delicious. 100% authentic. Service was great very friendly and inside was also 100% authentic very homey. Food was absolutely delicious. I would definitely come here again. It's one of those places that you look at and think oh that's a hole in the wall, but it's the best place you could possibly go. I would absolutely come back here. I live in Altamonte Springs. That would definitely make the drive to the side of town just to another delicious 100% authentic Spanish meal

This place is a bit hidden in the area of OBT where you generally see all the food trucks lined up.Four stars to a good restaurant that offers delicious food with ok service and ok environment. We tried the tacos Al pastor and although they were not from a trompo, they were quite tasty. We also got the asada enchiladas and they were spot on delicious.Bathrooms could get some improvements, but overall I was happy to eat here. Will come back if am in the area.

I love this place is food because it taste so good! But I had to post this review because there are some things I would like for them to improve onHopefully the owner can see this review and make the adjustments necessary One of the major issues I saw coming home from a 30 minute drive was the fact that they did not put a lot of salsa in there a little containers that are for her to go! I don't think they could have put any less salsa in these containers Please see the pictures I have attachedAlso, my girlfriend ordered no tomatoes and no onions because she is severely allergic! But as she was eating her burrito, she tasted tomatoes and onions and now she's having an allergic reaction! Now I got to take it to the hospital Another thing is that we ordered regular burritos, but they automatically gave us a burrito Mahalo that was not cool And finally, what kind of authentic Mexican restaurant does not have jalapeño for their customers! I gave this review three stars, because I personally genuinely love the food because I am a fatty but I think that at the end of the day they need to step their game up! The workers are really cool too. That's why I didn't want to give them a bad review because they always have positive vibes which I love keep up that great attitude.

Food was good, I would come back. The reason for three stars is the guys I ordered food knew my food was for dine in and didn't tell the cook(he assumed to go). After I clarified and he said "oh for here?" Then I thought he would of told kitchen. Eating and trying to cut with styrofoam sucks. Also I told him I wanted some chips n salsa and they never came out.The place inside is relatively big with plenty of booth tables.

Geezzzz, this place has disappointed me I have visited this place before with pleasure but that's not the case now. Let's talk about the service, it was okay, that's all I can say on that. He was friendly. One of the things that I loved before on this place was their salsa bar, gone, no more. Bummer! Unless they changed availability to certain hours. We did have dinner tonight in which a while back the bar was present. Let's dive into the food! They do bring chips and salsa to the table, that was good but after this all went downhill. He's what was ordered, 2 steak taco dinners that came with rice and frijoles (beans). Two pupusas de queso (cheese). Chicken quesadilla dinner with rice and frijoles. This is the first time ever in a Mexican restaurant that I had to ask for salt so that I can season my food, mainly my steak tacos. No flavor at all. The tortilla on my tacos were instantly falling apart, not fun. The rice was not fluffy at all, boo and no flavor. The frijoles were a descent taste, doable. I was surprised on the pupusas, they actually tasted great. They stood out from all the food we ordered. I'm going to chalk it up that perhaps they have new cooks hence the lack of seasoning. This visit was enough to ward me off from returning. I should have taken photos of the food however they didn't make the cut..lolI'm doing an honorable mention on behalf of my daughter who used the restroom before leaving, the toilet didn't have the seat. There was a box next to the sink which was the seat replacement. I'm guessing they didn't have time or perhaps the necessary tools to install. Picture of this provided, lol. As always, enjoy!

The food is amazing and you cannot beat the price!the authenticity of the food itself is sensational and the flavor is absolutely amazing. You will not regret trying this place. The wet burrito is very good as their queso is delicious and flavorful. Their chips are handmade and their quesadilla is out of this world!!!
