Tabla Indian Restaurant Winter Park

The food and service were both incredible. We had the butter chicken and garlic naan. The portions were so good me and my wife were able to split it and still have some left over. We ordered even more garlic naan to go because we just had to have some for our 3 hour drive back home. The service was incredible. Ambience 10/10. Will definitely come back whenever we're back in town.

We were craving InDian food and went to downtown WinterPark. The restaurant was completely empty. But it was a lovely atmosphere as pretty much necessary for downtown Winter Park.Our server was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She was happy to make recommendations, which we happily accepted. We ordered the. Chicken House Curry and the lamb kebabs , garlic naan and lamb naan. The lamb was fresh and delicious, maybe a little stingy with the meat portion. The chicken curry was fine, but just ok. I was expecting much more flavor. The naans were ok as well. I will admit I was disappointed because I've definitely had better I Dian. There was nothing wrong with the food, just sort of blah.

My family and I went to this Winter Park location on a Thursday and I was surprised at the local businesses closing early. It was a good night to come though; we were able to find street parking and wasn't a bad walk to the restaurant. There's a koi pond leading up to the restaurant and a tree at the entrance. Service was great; they were very attentive given there were only a few of us that night seated at the restaurant. This location seemed to have a lot of to-go orders which I witnessed the hostess/server preparing throughout the night.Tabla has a great selection of items from beef and chicken to lamb, goat and seafood. Different spice levels; make sure to indicate to your server if you want American spice vs Indian spice lol I love the butter chicken (I order mine mild). My husband ordered the goat dish (not sure what it was called on the menu) but these are our go-to meals to order here. I always get the Thai tea and mango lassi to drink. Don't forget to order the butter naan and the garlic naan. I prefer the garlic naan though - best garlic naan I've ever had! We didn't have room for dessert so we'll have to try that next time.Tip: The restrooms are around the corner and you will have to ask one of the staff for a code.

This restaurant is located in a popular section of Park Ave. It has beautiful and clean decor. I have passed it many times but this is the first time I've tried the food and I was very pleased. We ordered tiki Marsala with lamb and chicken and they were bother very tasty. I liked the lamb version better as it was more flavorful. We also got 2 types of naan which were good as well. The service was very fast and the waiter was very friendly. I will definitely return to this location in the future.

Wonderful outing with family while walking down park avenue. Food and service was impeccable. The variety of flavors and the smell , it's like you closed your eyes and woke up in India. My friends have raved about this restaurant and I'm so glad we decided to try. Planning on coming again next week with the kids!

My first experience tasting and even going to an Indian restaurant. And I must say we were in for a treat! The experience was awesome. The flavors were an explosion in your mouth and the food came out very fresh hot and tasty. The weight for our food was not long at all yet it was still fresh. We thoroughly enjoyed this quaint tucked away restaurant on a Sunday afternoon and was pleasantly delighted with the cleanliness and atmosphere. I must say we were a little skeptical and were going to play it safe until we saw the menu and the hostess assured us that it is worth the try.All I can say is I will be back. I can't wait to try the curry and of course get my double dose of naan bread.

We returned to Tabla and had a good experience. I came in for lunch with my mom. We got the chicken vindaloo and the tandoori chicken. Both were delicious. The tandoori chicken didn't have the best bone to meat ratio, but it was still good. The vindaloo was absolutely fantastic and I loved the tender meat and vibrant sauce. Service was good. There was a bit of a wait for our food to come out, but it was well worth it. This is by far the prettiest ambience out of all the locations. I did have to return our water glasses because they were dirty and they explained that it was from the air vent overhead. The vents as well as the upholstery of the chairs were due for a deep clean. However, the food made up for these little things. We love Tabla and this is a good location.

Love the concept of this restaurant and the food was delicious. I love the ambience of the restaurant and the big tree in the middle of the restaurant. Service was quick and our waitress was very knowledgeable.Everything was great, but my favorite was probably the garlic naan! I could eat about 5 of those all by myself haha. Looking forward to going back to try more of their food items.

Amazing food, service, and ambiance! There's a really cool outdoor area that's still covered to eat.

Second time at this location. Food and service was great per usual. Sai was our server and he was great. Me and my friend talked to Sai about movies, music, and culture. Looking forward to coming back here and trying more dishes. We had the Chicken Tikka Masala, Samosas, and the Lamb Seekh Kebab. It was all hot, fresh, and flavorful.
