We made a reservation several weeks in advance to take my dinosaur lover here for his birthday. First of all, I made a reservation several weeks in advance, but a few days before our date, when I wanted to alter it, it was pretty much impossible as your reservation only reserves that time for that number of people, any alteration is essentially making a new reservation, and the more people in your party, the more difficult it is to get a reservation. Also, an added gratuity of 18% is automatically added to parties of 6 or more. This place is insanely busy, and pretty hectic. The front entrance is completely swamped with 3 lines, one for checking in, one for reservations and one for walk ins. It is practically impossible to step foot inside without waiting in one of these lines. I'm convinced this practice is in violation of fire codes. It really was incredibly hectic and stressful. I almost had an anxiety attack from the craziness. It also didn't help that it was raining and we were stuck in line, in the rain, with zero overhang or canopy.Once we got in and were seated, the place is amazing. The interior is so well done and incredible. We' were seated at a booth fortunately , with a wall of coral behind us and a fish tank in front. I got my son a dinosaur toy from the gift shop and he happily played with the dinosaur on the table and with the coral on the wall behind us, so this kept him happy and occupied, despite being a moody toddler. The food was much better than I had expected. I expected it to be fairly disappointing but the fish and chips I had were quite good, someone in our party order a margarita and did not like it. I tried it and while it tasted like a typical margarita, it was incredibly weak. I think that was due to it being served in a 12 or 14 oz beer glass, so there was appt more mixture to the alcohol. All in all, our experience was positive and for as excited as the place made my little boy, I gladly come back. However, I really, really don't like Disney springs and the congestion and mass consumerism there so my son's love of dinosaurs is the only thing that would bring me back there.

Will start by saying our server was excellent. Helpful, friendly and exactly what we want in a server. The food was absolutely awful. We ordered burgers and my sons burger off the kids meal was clearly a frozen burger and had a weird coloring. Don't blame him for not taking more than 2 bites. The apples literally looked like they had been gnawed on before. Gross. My husband and I both ordered burgers that tasted like they were cooked last week. The rolls were stale. $20 a burger was astronomical already- and awful food didn't help.2 stars bc the ambiance was cute for my kiddo

This place is super fun, super loud and super crowded. The prices are outrageous. I understand that this place caters to the tourists that come from disney springs, but this plate of salmon was over $40.00 and I just have a very hard time accepting that price, especially when I paid $5.00 for a glass of coca cola and $15.00 for six cheese sticks that tasted like the $3.00 ones from walmart's frozen section. Service isn't the best because the place is super busy, but that's expected of a giant restaurant like this.

I feel like the food is a THREE but the service made this place a four. The hostess helped three of our reservations sit together it was a crowd of twenty! The kids got a table and the adults got a table. Our waiter got drinks out quickly and food as reasonable of a timing as possible. Every thirty minutes the restaraunt has a light "show" -room gets dark and lights flash and sounds happen. Dinosaurs move a little bit. Like I said. Food is mediocre and pricey. But our kids LOVED it. They also have a sandy rocky area that they can dig up and reveal dinosaur fossils.

Time for an update because it's been 8 years! We had reservations and we got sat right away. The restaurant itself is interesting and you would never get bored looking or walking around. Food is pricey but that's standard. I got the nachos and it was a very generous portion. It was my daughter's birthday and they sang to her and gave her a little dessert which was cute. I would definitely come back here again especially since it's family friendly.

We came here for lunch honestly not know what this place was. Well, if you have kids and they love dinosaurs, this is your stop. The restaurant alone is pretty massive with none other than the Dino theme. They have shoes every half hour or so, the structure moves and lights go along with it. But it a good little break during your meal for the little one. Some of the sections are dark so heads up. There's also a gift shop attached to the restaurant in the front. Menu wise, they do catered to everyone. Meats and veggies if you're looking for that. Also a good kid's selection as they do caters to loads of them. Location is great, right in the heart of Disney Springs. A nice fun family restaurant that offers everything for everyone.

Out of all the times I been in disney springs, I never tried this restaurant. Definitely a good place for families, especially the little kids to look at the dinosaurs. It is a bit noisy due to the dinosaurs making noises and a pretend meteor hitting. We went for my grandma's birthday and it was pretty good! Our waitress was nice and helpful! I ordered the Buffalo chicken dip and that was surprisingly good. A bit salty but nothing crazy! Then I ordered the triassic trio that came with shrimp skewers, crab and shrimp gratin, steak, green beans and rice. This dish was so delicious. I do feel like the gratin would be good with bread!! My family enjoyed their meal as well. Their portions were big and definitely took food home! We appreciate our server getting a manager to talk with my grandma about her cocoa allergy. Just to make sure that the vanilla cupcake would be fine for her to get and no cross contamination. I do recommend this place if you are in the area. Yet, make reservations cause it gets packed easily!

My friend and I came here after completing the Dopey Challenge during the Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend. We didn't have a reservation, but we were able to get a couple of seats at the bar without having to wait. I ordered their New York Strip. It came with mashed potatoes and green beans as the seasonal vegetables. It was a decent steak. Not bad. As to be expected, the prices were on the higher side, but still pretty reasonable. The ambiance was definitely geared towards kids. While we were there, there must have been at least 10 birthdays. All of the employees would clap really loud as they paraded around the restaurant over to the birthday table. That got really annoying after about the 3rd one.

I been walking by this place for over 16 years and I finally decided to try it out. My little one loves Dinosaurs so I figured why not! This restaurant is located in Disney Springs and the Lime parking deck would be the closest to park at. The front of the restaurant was amazing as it had a T-Rex fossil outside and huge Brontosaurus fossil outside as well. This place is really for kids. If you look to your right, there is a dinosaur toy store and there is also a place for kids/toddlers to dig in a fossil uncovering sand pit. There is so many dinosaurs inside the restaurant with some of them moving. There is also a meteor shower every 20 minutes which the lighting inside gets darker and you see asteroids fkying around. I highly recommend you make reservations from the Disney app. The front was super busy with a super long line. You can make reservations or join an online wait list but you only can do it if your close by to the restaurant. There is stroller parking outside to the left of the restaurant. I would highly recommend not leaving any valuables inside the stroller as nobody is watching it. The food is definitely on the pricey side but I get it because it's more so of the overall dining experience. I ordered the Colosso Beef Nachos appetizer which included: Peppers, onions, black bean chili, Monterey Jack cheese, cheddar cheese, Chili Con Queso, green onions, sour cream, pico de gallo, and salsa. The portion was huge. I was very happy with the flavor and taste of it. Only thing missing was some jalapenos. It definitely was worth the $22. As far as the entree, I went big with the New York Strip Steak Char-grilled, topped with steak butter, red skinned mashed potatoes, and seasonal vegetables. I will say it was pretty good. I ordered it "medium." The flavor was good and steak wasn't dry and just right. The mashed potatoes and green beans was very tasty. My better half had the Creole Chicken & Shrimp Ravioli (Spicy) Shrimp, sautéed chicken, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, andouille sausage, hot & spicy Cajun sauce, and four cheese ravioli. I tried some and was very pleased with the Cajun flavor a long with the garlic bread. It was awesome. For drinks, I went with the Strawberry Lenonade which came with awesome led glowing cups that we got to bring home with us. It had a cool projector shining a T Rex cafe logo. Dinner was amazing and I had so much food leftover that I brought home enough leftovers for breakfast tomorrow at the hotel! I highly recommend this place if you like dinosaurs or have little ones that love dinosaurs. Just make sure you got some deep pockets. I can't wait to come back again. I will definitely make some reservations a few days out this time.

What an experience! This restaurant offered an amazing experience with prehistoric atmospheres by the stone ages! It has dinosaurs that moved and a meteor shower every ten minutes. They also had different rooms with different experiences which was cool! The food was pretty good considering the expectations of it being for an experience. They also have a build a dino experience which was really cool!
