This tiny sushi bar is one of four venues in Kissimmee's City Centre. It shares its space and menu with the adjacent 3 Sisters Speakeasy, a sports bar; next door is Vintage Vino, a wine bar; and at the end of City Centre is Chef John's Dockside Inn.We actually didn't sit down inside Chef Ha's. Instead, we were at a table just inside 3 Sisters Speakeasy. However, given the layout, we really felt like we were guests of both establishments. We ordered the 3 Sisters roll (crispy tempura battered shrimp accompanied by a refreshing cucumber topped with slices of steamed shrimp), and we really loved it.All in all, I would definitely recommend this sushi bar. I'm excited to return and try some of their other offerings (here's their menu http://3sistersspeakeasy.com/sushi-bar.html). And when we are ready to sample other fare, we have a sports bar to one side and a wine bar to the other!

Nope. Don't do it. It's not a sushi restaurant. The menu is really limited. Most of the roles are fried or contain cream cheese or are just a version of a California role. The sushi tastes like something you would buy in the refrigerator section of the grocery store. We also ordered some food off their other menu and it wasn't good, dry and no flavor. The atmosphere is sad.

Good Service, not so good sushi rolls. Definitely not worth the price. Nice to seat outside and maybe order anything else from the menu but the rolls.

Bartender was nice but the food I ordered was nasty. The eel was cut too big, miso soup was bland and the Long Island was too sweet. All in all the service was good but food quality was a disaster. Only two stars for the service.

From Sushi by Chef Ha, we got the chef's special. Tempura Shrimp, cucumber, topped with spicy tuna and eel sauce. The shrimp was crisp and flaky, cucumber fresh, spicy tuna mild and gentle, eel sauce sweet. Sounds muted? It was. I must commend the restauranteur for taking his clientele into consideration. This is a sushi bar attached to a pub type restaurant. While I hesitate to say that no sushi connoisseur is going to pull up a chair at the bar, the flavors have a wide appeal. Even going through the entire sushi menu, it shows simplicity and less complication. A perfect place for that one person in the group who wants sushi, or to try sushi for the first time, with the option of getting familiar food just in case the experience does not work out. Great idea.

Very good sushi rolls. Definately has a nice ambiance that is quaint and small. There were six of us in our group and EVERYONE enjoyed what they ordered. This is actually a small restaurant that is attached to 3 Sister's Speakeasy. You can order off the 3 Sister's Menu too. I was a little dissapointed that they didn't serve miso or have anything other than the a couple salads. And it definately wasn't cheap by any means. But if you are heading to downtown Kissimmee and you need a sushi fix you can definately get it here. Not open for lunch and is closed Sunday and Mondays too.

This trendy little sushi bar is attached to the 3 Sisters Restaurant in downtown Kissimmee. While the bar is attached to the main restaurant, with a set of double doors connecting the two spaces, the sushi area almost feels like a separate restaurant on it's own. The small but modernly decorated interior allows for quiet conversation and casual dining, perfect for a first time date. On this particular evening, I came to Chef Ha's with a friend and we decided to go for the Volcano Roll (with spicy crab) and the Dragon Roll... Both were so good that we went for a round two and ordered another Dragon Roll. Can you say "NOM NOM"? Normally I like to order a little hot sake with my sushi but since my dining companion was not a drinker of alcoholic beverages we opted for two hot green teas. Just fine by me and the pairing of the hot tea and sushi suited me just fine. If you are not a traditional sushi lover, there are plenty of non traditional sushi options on the menu that incorporate things like cream cheese, other meats and veggies so you can order something you've never tried before and let your taste buds enjoy the ride. Order the edamame with sea salt as an appetizer and you won't be disappointed.
