Sunshine Nutrition has really printed a special place into my heart. From my accidental discovery of their business while on a Disney trip, to then thereafter visiting absolutely any chance I got, they've been so solid and flourishing ever since.They opened in June 2020, right when the pandemic was really in its big peak, and they've managed to find huge success and garner such a loyal customer base (cough cough). Everything about Sunshine Nutrition is fantastic, and I think some other nutrition places could really take down some notes from these guys.Jocelyn and Isaiah, the owners, are just so genuinely passionate about their business. After going so much I've gotten to know them a lot better and they work so hard and have such a neat story. I've even interviewed Jocelyn for a school project, because she's so inspiring in how she's handled the business. They really do their best to stay innovative, coming up with new flavors, specials and rewards every week or so and keeping it fun and interesting. That's tough to do with any business, let alone a small locally owned one.Beyond all this, their products are BUMPIN! Hands down they have the best teas I've tried of any nutrition shop thus far and their shakes too. I go to a lot of nutritions shops, it's my thing. I don't just blindly hand out compliments like that. These guys are the real deal and they light up the night. I live 40 minutes away and I literally stop here any chance I can, and I've already filled out a punch card in just one year not living in the area. Put that into perspective. I cannotttt recommend them enough! They've even started selling protein waffles and açaí bowls, so if you want more than supplemental drinks then you got it! I'm in loooove!

So happy to find this great tea shop. The decor and ambiance is very welcoming. The menu is very seasonal and very creative. Great location, off busy 27, on the west side of the road. Come check it out. Order to go on to stay. Great parking and in and out access.

It's why the prices are so high, and why the menu is so vague (go on, try to figure out what exactly is a "shake" and what ingredients are in it?)Herbalife is a MLM. Was upfront about the inclusion of Herbalife in the products. The decor is designed to be "Instagrammable." The "shake" I had was odd - could tell it was from a mix. For me the prices were too high for it to be worth a return visit, learning more about these "Nutrition" businesses as part of the Herbalife empire is enough to seal the deal.

When you first get there it is a little difficult figuring out which one is Sunshine Nutrition because they do not have a sign above the store. But after I found it, they did not disappoint. I was recommended to go here by Raegan L. She mentioned stopping one day and we didn't have time, but after going on my own, I will be going back. It is a little bit out of the way off of interstate 4, but worth the drive. The inside of the store is so aesthetic, and the workers were so sweet. I truly appreciated her personability. We made some small talk and I found out she was very familiar with my regular nutrition shop in Lakeland. I tried the birthday cake shake, and it was by far one of the best shakes I have ever had. I highly recommend stopping!!!

I went here after seeing pics of all their delicious looking drinks on instagram! I wish it were a little bit closer to where I live because they had so many awesome options that are nutritious but still actually fun to order and really tasty! I tried a few things so far and I love both the shakes and the teas. The owners were super friendly and really helpful while I was indecisive about what I would order. I left already feeling so excited about coming back and trying more!

Gave the lowest star possible I would've preferred to leave not one star but wanted everyone to know this is fake news!! Went there on open hours and the worker had the doors locked and said it was closed looks ghetto and rundown! Stay away!!

I have been to a bunch of different nutrition shops, and this one is by far the best. Great service awesome tea bombs, and I highly recommend the waffles.

If you're looking for a positive and friendly environment that not only provides you with amazing nutritional drinks, ensures you leave with a smile then sunshine nutrition is the right place for you. The owners and employees are knowledgeable of the products they serve and committed to providing the best customer service. The first time I visited this shop I was unsure of what to get. I always wanted to add protein shakes to my diet however, the ones I've tried in the last just weren't for me. After some explanation of the products themselves and a little bit of investigation, they were able to recommend a flavor that they thought I would like. Let me tell you, they were not wrong. The first sip of that peanut butter cup protein shake was life changing! I will continue to go back and make it a part of my weekly routine because I have never experienced such a personable business before.

Sunshine is my favorite nutrition spot!! Been coming here since I moved down here in the beginning of January. Isaiah and Jocelyn always come up with cool mega teas. Make sure to go Thursday-Saturday especially because they makes whole made protein waffles!!!
