Subway

After a year of not coming to this location because of the horrible service I had received from the staff, I finally decided to come back today. The staff is completely different and a lot more inviting. Will definitely start going back to this location. Amazing staff and very helpful.

Spent all that money on the remodel but couldn't even replace the soda machines let alone keep them clean. I hope the owner sees this. Mold in the water

What an incompetent manager! This place was recently taken over and everything changed. This new manager is such an extortionist. We use to be able to buy tuna/meats without the bread and be only charged for the meats. Now, he will still charge you for the bread even if you don't get it. Use to pay only $2.50 for a couple scoops plus an extra $0.75 for an additional scoop. Asked for the same thing today and the new manager said they do not do that and I wasn't allowed to purchase it that way. Don't waste your time going to this place because they are about their bottom dollar over customer service and keeping them happy. They can keep their sample cup servings and crappy new manager, I'll just drive a little farther and take my business to Jimmy Johns!

Had to settle for Subway today. Hit them up right at noon. The lunch rush was in full effect. Only two "sandwich artists" were working. Really one was working and the other one was standing at the register. Very disappointing. She did under charge me for a $5 foot long though so score.Not much to say about the sandwich. Subway is what it is. I go there because it is a quick, inexpensive, and more healthy option but this time, not quick. I will revisit in the future and we shall see how it goes.

We had your average service here. Nothing over the top but our order was correct & there was not much of a wait as they were in the middle of a catering order.

Went to the subway at Milenia the service was horrible and the bathrooms need a deep cleaning

I totally love this subway. The two gentleman working currently were amazing. They did great team work. They had a rush come in and they were very inviting and got the line moving quickly. In a manner of mins the line was gone. Folks sitting down enjoying the atmosphere & their food. The guys had mobile orders and everything. They went above and beyond. I'll definitely be back here

This store has the the worst customer service ever. I came today to buy sub, there were 2 employees at the time, the old lady really nice and welcome, but the young girl really rude when taking my order. I wearing mask which make it a bit difficult to hear, but her attitude was mad and kept telling me to repeat. She was seem not happy when customers coming in. She using bad words when they just walking. This is unacceptable and disrespectful to customers.

Always amazing quick service. Tim is one of the best employees I have the pleasure of seeing every time I go into buy a sandwich. The service is quick good and the food lives up. Amazing service. Fully recommend

Staff is super friendly! Very helpful! One of the cleanest subways I've been too. The GM ken and the assistant ray absolutely go above and beyond of the customers! Definitely will be back to this subway!
