What can I say about it at Subway...not the worst nor the best I've seen. I will say it doesn't deserve all the hate that it's been getting from some of the other reviewers. So far every time I've come there hasn't been anyone else in line, which is nice because I usually need to get something quick on the go. Every employee there so far has been pretty nice and generous with the toppings. Anyway you could go down the street and get something far better at Firehouse or Jersey Mike's, but subway beats out when you're looking for convenience and something cheap

Omg never go here i you're in a hurry. I waited for 35 minutes to get two subs. There were only five people ahead of me and they ordered meatball subs. Those have to be the simplest ones to make. Not only was tonight slow, I've gone at all different times of the day, days of the week, weeks of the month etc. and it's always slow. The staff argues with each other, basically trying to figure out whose turn it was to do something. The lights are burnt out and it looked closed from the outside. The men's room is not available. It's never very clean. Avoid this location of you can.

They have veggie burgers which is great because not all the Subways carry it. They always get my order right, the bread has always been great as well as the veggies fresh. Good service and quick, even when there's a ton of people in line.

Ordered online 4 subs, 3 with wheat. I arrived, and was told they ran out of wheat. I asked why didn't you call, and save me a trip, and they said their phone was not working. I stayed, that's pretty dangerous what if there's an emergency? Oh we can use our cell phones. Really? $29 wasted with no offer of a refund.

Great experience! Ordered 7 subs at rush hour, walked in and was greeted by 3 of the most polite young men. I couldn't believe how fast they did the subs and they were all perfect! Great job guys!

I'm from out of state and my husband and I stopped at this Subway location to order 2 teriyaki chicken sandwiches. Daniel Mendez took our order and made sure that our order was filled correctly. He didn't hesitate to make sure that our sandwiches were made to our satisfaction since I'm picky. He was a true professional with lots of patience and consideration to our order. After he finished with our order I observed him with other customers and seen the same professionalism. I will definitely visit this subway location when I return to Orlando Florida. Daniel is a great asset to your subway.

They have good food. They are good with additional needs like extra sauce or toppings.They are however painfully slow. When they first opened they had a great staff. Quick and efficient.When (I assume he is a manager) the guy with the slight beard is there the service is better. My husband was in there Sat (Dec 13th) evening. He thought it may have been the people ahead of them, with accents that made the orders keep on coming up wrong. However a lady before him had her order repeated back incorrectly. When my husband got up to order he clearly said three footlongs on white and one whole wheat. The Subway sandwich artist got out two whites and one wheat. He constantly had to correct the two working people. They were not teens, so it was very odd talking with them face-to-face and still getting everything wrong. I told my husband that this Subway has been like that for a long while.I was there a month before and had to repeat my order several times. The people were nice, but I don't know what the problem is. I have never seen the same workers. But I go only if I have to.Again the food is good and fresh, but if you go know you will have to factor in time and frustration. The workers are good tempered, but are either not paying attention or I think may be handicapped. I can't explain their communication (really listening) skills. I am usually not angry when I leave, more confused.They are a very small place. They usually have two or three outdoor metal tables with seats. The workers are friendly. The parking is usually easy.
